I would first start off by saying I love my car! I do not regret buying my car from Hyundai. But most importantly, I want to shout out Alexandria Hastings' (Ally) incredible customer service. She was kind, patient, and a great car sales woman. I can honestly say, that I only bought a car because Ally was there. Ally was great to work with and really went above and beyond to secure my desired car and ensure top quality. She also kept me well informed along the way about timing and next steps. It was a pleasure working with her and I would highly recommend her to other customers. Zach the finance guy was great too! Keep up the good work!

Jorge in service was excellent. I had been to 2 other dealerships and when I got to auto nation in NRH, I was frustrated and overwhelmed! Jorge made everything work for me, getting me a ride home and getting my car back to me repaired and detailed by noon the following day. He was patient with me and very kind! Sales person - Jayden They tried to manipulate me and forced to take add ons during vehicle purchase but I denied. Later, they promised me a full tank of gas when I come to pick my license plates if I give them exceptional rating in customer survey. They literally behaved so rude when I went to pick up my license plates because I haven't given perfect survey. Since, I didn't gave them exceptional rating in customer experience survey, they misbehaved with me and didn't give anything as they promised. The manager was also rude and literally let me walk away from the store. I made a $42,000 business with them and their behavior made me feel so bad and frustrating!!!

The service was quick even though I was 30 minutes late due to traffic on I 35. The dealership was very efficient and actually charged me less than was quoted by accepting a coupon. I was very pleased with auto nations customer service attitude

It was a alright experience getting my first car. But when it comes to when the car is yours, they stop caring about the customer. I don't believe they truly inspect the car when they say they do, my brake fluid was below the minimum line after 2 weeks of me having it, and the low brake fluid light had came on. Also the pictures online and even when i test drove the car had tint on the windows, they didn't say anything about taking it off, but when im signing the papers for the vehicle they then say the tint HAS to come off because it is illegal and wont pass inspection, but the brake fluid had to have been low during this time as well. I messaged my sales person about my headlight because there was condensation in the headlight itself and is dim at night. They said they would get with Luis about it, but never got back to me. The same sales person then messaged me a week later about confirming my address for my plates and registration, but still have not heard nothing back about the headlight.

I went in for the 15,000 mile maintenance. The service attendant checked his records to see what exactly my car needed. It turned out that I had gotten some of the service jobs when I went in for a wheel alignment at 14,000 miles. He checked my windshield wiper blades and discovered that I needed new ones. In and out in less than an hour, with no extra work that wasn't needed.

I was very pleased with Autonation Hyundai of North Richland. They sold me the car I wanted at the price I wanted. There was no pressure like some other dealers. Ryan our salesman was very to work with as well as Ryan the general manager. Amazingly they have cars on the lot to sell Which is hard to find these days

Waited over a week for repairs that were promised at time of purchase. Was promised a loaner car while repairs were being done and did not receive one. There was no communication unless I initiated it. The sales guy that supposedly organized the repairs had no idea what was going on. Was told the car was waiting for parts but nothing was replaced. The car we purchased had non-oem infotainment system that we are still having issues with. When I requested to speak to the General Manager of the dealership, I was denied. When leaving messages for the Sales Manager calls were never returned. I cannot, will not and do not recommend buying from AutoNation.

Quick and helpful. I was prepared to leave my car for days. However they took it in at 8am and they paid for me to get to work, then by the time I was off my car was ready! They then paid for my ride back to pick up my car. It wasn’t a few things that needed to be completed either. I had multiple concerns. They were able to address and fix all of them in one day. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!! I will for sure always use this service department for any future needs!

I didn't buy from here but my daughter did. Car leaks a quart of oil every 100 to 150 miles. She's on her 2nd payment and her car is still in the shop. She's a school teacher and not rich. At least they're working with her. I'll update if they get her fixed up.

Purchased a new Tucson-Hybrid from AutoNation-Hyundai. From our first meeting with salesman Mo Ibrahim, we were impressed with his thorough and professional customer service, but when last Friday's delivery day unavoidably turned upside down due to a water pressure problem in the service dept, it was Mo's time to really shine. He contacted us prior to our leaving home to explain the delay, kept us updated thruout the day and finally, when it appeared we'd have to wait until the next day to come get it, he brought the vehicle to our home at dinner time before Uber-ing back to the dealership at the end of a long day. Mo is the greatest!

Updated Mar 2, 2023 I was in need of a replacement vehicle for my old truck. After spending a considerable amount of time researching new and used trucks, I decided to purchase the Santa Cruz. Remembering the experience I had buying a vehicle for my wife last August, I called Alex and told him I was coming over to see the Night version. After a test drive, we made the deal and scheduled to meet with Zach the next day to complete the purchase. I was in and out within a couple of hours. This was another great experience for me! August, 2022 I always dread buying a new car, but Alex made it a pleasant experience, answering all of our questions, and providing excellent customer service, before and after the sale. Although the financing piece of the deal seemed longer than it should be, we received options on our financing and were allowed to select the option that was best for us. There was no pressure to "make the deal now". I will consider this dealership for future purchases.

I bought a 2013 camry from autonation hyundai of north richland hills, they provided me with a 90 day/4000 mile warranty. Well 1 month after buying the vehicle the passenger front strut leaked oil and failed. I took the vehicle to their service center where the car car sat for over a week. They denied the claim, stating that struts are not covered. When I got off at work I went in to pick up the vehicle around 6:30 pm. When I get there they said they didn't know where the keys were, everyone in the used car service department was gone for the day and it says they are open until 7pm. I had never in my life had to fix a vehicle 1 month after buying it from any dealer whether new or used. Their service department customer service is very unprofessional, the man that sits behind the counter shows absolutely no courtesy nor interest in helping you, also displays an attitude characterized by sarcasm because he was mocking me and just being [non-permissible content removed], knowing how frustrated I was with the situation. My lesson is from now on do my research avoid this type of dealerships and find a reputable place to buy vehicles from, and I hope my experience helps other people avoid this type of bad experiences by reading reviews and ratings before stepping into a mess like I did.

From the minute, I made the appointment with a Service Drive manager, Michael Winck two months prior to the work being done on my job to the day that the work was finally completed, was a total nightmare. A 4 hour job lasted 7 hours. I was promised a call by 2pm for an update on my car, which never happens. I dropped my car off at 8am and at 2:30 I called the service department. I was not told prior to arrival that I needed to leave my car there for this repair. I asked how I was going to get home and was quickly told that if I lived less than 10 miles, they would offer me a Lyft ride which they did back-and-forth and that was the only pleasant part of the full experience where the drivers of Lyft. When I asked why I wasn’t informed of this long time or needing to have a ride to get back home for this recall on my car his sarcastic response was that we never know how long that’s going to be and when I questioned him that he knew exactly which recall I was bringing my car in, so as manager, I said he should know exactly how long and what is required for leaving or staying with the car during the repair. His first comment back to me was did you want to reschedule this appointment for a better time so you can make arrangements and I said no considering I waited two months to get in for this recall service appointment. Once I refused all the work that they suggested I have done on my car amazingly , it was done 20 minutes after the phone call I made to the service department at 2:30 to check on my car. The amazing part of that is that I was informed it was another one to 1 1/2 hours to complete the work for the recall at 2:30 but once I turned all the additional work suggested which was a ridiculous price on a new set of tires and alignment. Front brakes and windshield wipers. My car was magically. Repaired within 20 minutes. I will never take my car back to AutoNation Hyundai in North Richland Hills. I will take the additional trip to White settlement for my car needs. As a Service Drive manager, this employee needs to have a major attitude adjustment and immediately enrolled in a class for customer service because he needs it bad.

I received my first oil change at Autonation N. Richland Hills, about a week in a half later I notice there was a oil leak. I had a friend look into it for me and notice the oil drain bolt was loose. It was so loose it can tighten it with his fingers. Perhaps service was in a hurry and didn’t securely tighten the bolt. Other than that customer service was ok nothing memorable just doing their job. Service was done in a timely manner.

I was greeted immediately by Brian who also explained all of the features of the Santa Cruz. Dimitri was then introduced to me to help work out an acceptable deal. Everyone I worked with were genuine and really listened to any concerns I had.

I had to edit this review because I had a good experience with the buying process of my vehicle, but 1 month after buying the vehicle it had a suspension problem and I brought it to service center for repair but, they are not fixing it because the 3 month/4000 mile warranty doesn’t cover struts. I had never in my life bought a car wether new or used from a dealership that I had to make repairs to it after that short period of time after purchase. I will definitely not ever buy another vehicle here and I will not refer anyone else to this place. Very bad business I hoped the vehicles sold here were in descent shape with parts that were worn out replaced before selling them. Just be careful with your purchase and watch out for extended service warranty, if they don’t honor their own 90 day warranty I doubt they will honor any other…

I was not greeted, the employees continued talking to each other even though I made eye contact with. After a while someone finally greeted me and told me what to do. I was waiting in my car and one of the guys came out with an iPad, I rolled down my window and said hi. He did not acknowledge me for a while and it was quite weird. The evening though was completely different! I was immediately greeted when uI came in and assisted!

Bought a Tucson Hybrid 2/22. Was scheduled to be prepped and delivered @1PM on 2/24. Received notification from Mo I. (our salesman) that there was an issue with water pressure at the dealership resulting in no way to wash/prep the exterior. Mo said he'd stay on top of it until car was ready. When car was finally prepped it was at supper time. Instead of rescheduling our delivery, Mo was thoughtful enough to drive it to us for turnover, then Uber back to the dealership to close out a long day. Excellent customer service! Beyond this small hiccough, it was pretty much a typical 2020s car buying experience, complete with a low-ball offer on our existing vehicle from the used car sales mgr (we weren't looking to trade it in), and a strong push for what could have added up to some 20% of MSRP to the price had we purchased all the "warranty extension/enhancement pkgs offered by the finance mgr (we didn't bite) , but the professionalism of Mo is what cinched the deal. I might or might not buy from AutoNation Hyundai-Hurst again but if I do, I'll only buy thru Mo.

Hyundai is involved with a scam. They are charging lease customers in Texas extra for what they “call” taxes. Check your accounts and speak up. No one will help you when you point it out. They clearly have neglected their customers.

We purchased a new vehicle about 2 weeks ago from Celeste. She was such a delight. She was admittedly new to the job and if we had a question she didn’t know the answer to, she didn’t hesitate to ask for clarification. She followed up in the days after our purchase to make sure we had access to the Bluelink feature and didn’t have any trouble logging in. When I called her with a question, she found the best answer and relayed all of the details immediately via text. We love our new Palisade and couldn’t be happier with how Celeste has taken care of us before, during and after the sale.

I took my vehicle in for a recall repair, they guy at the service desk said that it would take about four hours to complete the repair. He did a great job keeping me in the loop on my vehicle and it was completed in about an hour. All the employees were very professional even the salesman who was trying to help me purchase another vehicle. Thanks for an all around great job.

This was my first time to purchase a car by myself. Linda Sieford at EECU told me what a pleasant experience she had 3 wks ago at Auto Nation where Jesus Fernandez was more than accommodating in helping her select a Palisade SUV. She bolstered my courage to venture out on my own. I went to Auto Nation on Valentine's Day, asked for Jesus Fernandez, and voila we were in sync immediately. Not only Jesus but everyone had a smile and friendly hello. Zack Davis, who completed a plethora of forms for my taking ownership of a pre-owned vehicle, was excellent in explaining the process. The sales person was good and communicating effectively but I decided not to get vehicle with them so the manager came and started pressuring me to buy the vehicle. I said I will need some time to think about it but he kept mocking me and I was bewildered.

Great buying experience, but it was a headache to get my vehicle. The systems were down, so I had to make two trips. Then, the salesman didn’t deliver the vehicle when I was ready to pick it up. I felt like there was some difficulty due to his lack of honesty in setting expectations for the pick up. He could have told me the truth about the vehicle being ready, but he just wanted me in the door. It was a waste of time.

My car had been at another Hyundai dealership in Weatherford for over 3 months with a noisy grinding in the front end. They finally told me it was fixed, but it wasn't. I took it to Autonation Hyundai on Monday morning. Michael in the service department got it logged in and I went home. That afternoon Michael called me to let me know what they found wrong. The next day he called me to let me know it was fixed. I picked it up on Wednesday and it is indeed fixed. Autonation Hyundai did in two days what that other service department had not been able to do in three months. And Michael kept me informed and updated all the way through.

I recommend everyone to go to another dealer. I made an appointment aproxametly two months ago, with a request for a loaner, the service writer condescendingly told me I will not get one no matter what. This place has given me too much grief, they left loose oil filter cover on one car,did not even bother to put one on on the other. They also dented the same car. Now they just released my vehicle without performing the safety recalls, I think four of them are pending. I will contact Hyundai USA and see if that's a good idea to release a vehicle with fire hazards.

The driveway to the service department was an obstacle course with workers cars parked on it, and those stupid speed bumps. I?m sure the workers cars will soon be gone, but unfortunately, the speed bumps will probably remain. It would be nice if they were removed.

Ultimately had an engine that needed replacement. Hyundai replaced it but the process is ridiculous getting to the point they do it. George is the best to walk you thru this process and maintains his professional demeaner while the customer gets more frustrated. He keeps you calm. Special mention to Michael also. They are both great at dealing with my frustration. I will definitely return to this Autonation in North Richland HIll because of the great customer service. Thanks George.

I always buy parts from this location and I get good service but I brought my vehicle for diagnostic but was not impressed it took well over a year for them to even get to my vehicle but whats even worse is I did not get the answer I needed instead I was charged a diag $220 fee and told something totally and related to the issue vehicle came in for plus all the towing costs and the price to replace a battery and a radiator and a coolant sensor I was quoted over $1800. Being in the automotive field myself I thought the whole thing was ridiculous. But all in all I think they do a good job I just don't think my service was handled in a good manner I was disappointed as I thought much higher of them before this.

Regarding my recall fix, I scheduled the fix but then they weren?t even sure they had the part once I arrived for my scheduled appointment. Fortunately, they did have it. I took off work for this so I would have been pissed if I would have had to reschedule. While I was there I was supposed to test drive a new Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy Series. I told the salesman exactly when I was going to be there. However, when I arrived there was no vehicle for me to test drive and the salesman didn?t even tell me himself. He just passed me off to someone else. I?m interested in buying a brand new vehicle and I believe it is one of the most expensive vehicles this dealership has. On top of that, I am currently on my third Hyundai. The next one would be the fourth. However, I feel dismissed. It seems as though the dealership isn?t very interested in my continued business. I understand there are shortages, but seriously the dealership needs to have more vehicles available.

They took care of the problem as the service tech has not securely tightened a part when oil change was done. Good customer service, but it was an inconvenience to have to return to the dealership due to a service repair oversight that could have been avoided.

However, once our service was scheduled, our appointment was great. They performed all the recalls and warranty work we needed. Will keep it simple. - Bought used card end of Oct 2022 after they said they fixed interment lights issues. - Under warranty for 3k, 3 months (so end of Jan 2023). - Took to Auto Nation Frisco (close) and they couldn't work on for 21 days, then said they don't have the right tools. - Took to Auto Nation Jeep (this car is a jeep), they found the issue and fixed it but said it wasn't under warranty, but if you take the receipt to Auto Nation Hyundai, they will probably pay you back. - Just talked to the used car sales Manager. And I quote, "well it was working when you drove it off the lot." (Well doesn't mean you fixed it right!!!!). ALSO, well Auto Nation Jeep should have CALLED HIM and would have resolved it. So basically passing the problem onto other people. I would never buy a car there ever again! Be careful buying here. With all the cars I have bought never been this bad.

This was an insurance claim and the dealership, specifically my service advisor, Jorge Caldera, went above and beyond to maintain clear communications through the process. The service center provided me with transportation at drop off and arranged for my rental car return at pick up. I did not check the engine compartment for clearance of all damages when I picked up the vehicle, but checked at home several days later and there were a few chew spots on one of the lines which I will follow up on with the insurance company and the service center. In summary, the experience was excellent. There was no timeframe promised so I answered that question as "no". However, clear communication was provided on the status and completion of the repair.

Zach Mobley is my Service Advisor at Autonation Hyundai in North Richland Hills. This is the second time I have had Zach as my SA. He is always courteous, helpful and efficient. He got me an appointment within a few days of my phone call. On the day I brought the car in, he worked with the Service Technician to understand the "noise issue" I was having on my 2018 Santa Fe. He called me a few hours with a diagnosis and was told the repair was under warranty. The parts were ordered and arrived and installed in a timely manner. Buyer beware - I didn't buy my car here as I wasn't happy with the Sales department about 2 years ago (hey maybe its changed) & had a wonderful experience at another dealership in DFW area. This service department is much closer to my house, so I've been using it for the complimentary 3 year/36000 mile maintenance. Nothing stellar - they get the job done. However found out today - it is ONLY for 4 times no matter which Hyundai dealership you go for basic maintenance while under maintenance warranty! I haven't been able to find this in writing specifically & waiting to hear back from Hyundai but I've only brought in when service notice went off in my car so nothing excessive - 5th oil change at around ~30k. I really love my car but this is very deceptive & disappointing! Just spreading the news so other new Hyundai owners are aware of this catch. I'm used to taking a car to my local mechanic once the warranty & maintenance coverage runs out just wasn't expecting it to be before 36k miles. I told the Service advisor & manager that I'd get next general maintenance done elsewhere & they didn't seem to care - wow -

I bought a 2023 Palisade from them and I wrote a personnal check paying cash. They didn't set the vehicle up or give me a tour of the place introducing me to the Service Manager because they were convinced I didn't have the money and the check was going to bounce. Then they were going to repo the car. I am being discriminated against by personnel that works there. See they refer to me as the "GUY" which shows zero respect. In good faith I bought a vehicle and they let me drive off with it with an incomplete setup nor did they show me around the vehicle. You earn trust it is not given to you. What is going to keep them from vandalizing my car or stealing something in the car. They start it by saying there not going to get "paid". Their caught now it's CYA. Denie everything. They made what was supposed to be an enjoyable experience into an ugly situation. Again they were convinced I didn't have the money. What gave them that idea. I am the Jew in the room.

The reason for the 4 stars was there wasn’t anyone really there and I had my own financing and yet the Finance department took forever to get me the needed paperwork for me to get a cashiers check from my credit union. I spent more hours than I needed too because the Finance department was so slow. There was maybe 2 other people there and no need for how slow they were. I would recommend Jason for a sales person he was definitely awesome.

Dimitry lived up to his word and went all out of the way to get me the best deal. Zack was really great and a lifesaver he gave me alot of information about my coverage and managed to keep my payments under $500. I don't know what commissions he may receive but he was willing to sacrifice it for taking care of his customer. He was very personable and genuinely seem to care. I would rate my experience with their financing department is worst. They tried almost 2 hours to upsell me the warranty for which I was saying no. Finally they won and I took the warranty and next day I went to cancel the warranty before I took the delivery of my car. They told me to come back after a week. I didn’t know the catch here that I can’t cancel certain warranty after car is delivered. When I visited the dealer after a week, they told me that they can’t cancel few warranties which costs me around 1000 bucks. Through out this warranty selling process, they made me feel that Hyundai is not best brand to buy cars from. Hyundai software/tech is not dependable. This is what learnt from the whole buying process. So never buy Hyundai vehicle if you are not willing to buy their warranties. #hyundaiusa

I had a great experience buying my first car. After months of struggle finding one that fit my budget and getting a good APR I found this place. Noor was great making the initial contact and providing information about their inventory and keeping me informed when new vehicles arrived. When I came to the dealership, he introduced me to AB who helped me with all the financing process, pricing, etc he was very understanding of my financial situation and did his best to help me get a monthly payment I was comfortable with. Find a dealership that won't lie to you and sneak in extra charges. If any dealer ever adds something onto the MSRP run as fast as you can. There are dealers that won't lie and add extra fluff, just straight up MSRP. I lived through this nightmare of a place and was able to actuality get the price I was looking for the very next day.

Worst dealership I have ever been too and I am in my 40's. It was nonstop lies and to start things off they added 3k worth of fluff to the MSRP that they said I had to pay and that they don't add market adjustments. The sales manager was very rude and told me every other dealership was trash and that I shouldn't compare prices, just buy from them. He also told me that cars will only get more expensive and that we are still in a chip shortage. His own company says the shortage is over and people are not buying cars. Please do you research and don't let them push these extra charges on you. There are many dealers in DFW and there are some that are honest and will work with you. I know James Woods and Shottenkirk in Grandbury treat you like a customer and don't sneak in hidden charges.

We bought a new 2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz through this dealership. They remind me for normal maintenance multiple times after I just had it done at this location. They email me to get unnecessary service almost weekly and it is not even a year old yet. I don't know if all AutoNation dealers are like this, but I will never buy a car from them again. They send emails and regular mail almost weekly to get an extended warranty and wheel alignment for our new 2022 Santa Cruz. They are just in it for the money, not for customer service.

The Customer service and friendly environment and the willingness of each service rep/ manager to go out of their way to actually assist you and accommodate you was exceptional!! One area of continual improvement that I would recommend is this : after I picked up my vehicle after receiving a new engine, A couple of days afterwards I experienced a situation with my tail lights , the tail lights would not go out!! this was not an issue before so I called the dealership and they were willing to evaluate the problem but There would be a $200 diagnostics fee charged and if they determine it was no fault of their own or nothing to do with the work they performed, then there would be a labor charge!! I understand if this is policy but I would think that it would represent the company better if after working on a vehicle and and immediately there is a unforeseen problem that was not there’s before that the dealership would at least be willing to evaluate it without the cost to determine responsibility and then let the customer decide whether or not he’s willing to get it repaired at that time!! Also, after picking up my vehicle I noticed the next day that my radiator reservoir fluid was empty and the tire pressure sensor showed low tire pressure , it would be really nice if before having a customer come pick up the vehicle that they would tend to such small matters (top off the fluids, proper tire pressure, etc) Those are simply points of continual improvement that I would recommend or consider Other than that I want to say thank you, great job Autonation Hyundai going out of the way to get My car repaired as quickly as possible and getting me a rental car at no charge and then a really nice loaner car!!

The location looks like a hole in the wall while under construction. It was difficult to maintain the attention of sales but I appreciated the immediate access to the vehicle we traveled to see, non-stuffy experience, and never pushed any additional vehicles I wasn’t interested in. Greedy and zero interest in pleasing their customers. Purchased a new Tucson last night and before we got there to pick it up they had added a hideous pin stripe to the car as part of their $2500 “auto tech” package they force down your throat. Not even knowing yet this was part of the package we asked for it to be removed. As we were checking out we noticed it was an itemized addition and costs $592. We asked for the charge to be removed since we didn’t even want it and the new car manager wouldn’t budge. Wouldn’t even give the smallest discount. So lame. There will be a time when this car shortage ends and your ability to bulldoze your customers and play hardball will run dry. This review will still be here though showing your company’s character. We were about to buy a Santa Cruz in a few weeks but, nope!

I wish to give them negative star. First of all they are gonna force you to take their own bank loan with useless extended vehicle protection plan coverages. Their vehicle protection plan won't work your car repair until you are getting mad and angry. It is gonna kill your valuable life time and healthy brain cells. They are gonna never answer your phone call or never call back to you. This is my big suggestion for you guys. If you gonna make deal with them be aware out of them. My experience was not very well I called in regards to a certain vechile drove over an hour to the location to get there and the car was being repainted because there was a dent in it which was not disclosed on the websites nor pictures. I was told I sign my papers they would bring me my car that next day. No car no call had to call them several times and get the run around then revive the car and he had not be serviced had to give the car back for a week before they got everything right. I called for the GM several times and have yet got a call back the experience was the worst I had buying a car. My suggestion is hold them to everything check everything on the cars before signing everything don’t assume the will fix anything.

I took my 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport in for repair on the replacement engine. The dealership kept it in the back lot for 7 weeks before the problem was diagnosed. I was informed that $1,000 was required to fix it it was no longer under warranty. There were only 14,000 miles on the replacement engine and I am the original owner. I contacted Hyundai Corp. and filed a complaint. After another week the case manager informed me that she had contacted the dealer where the car was in for repairs, but it was the wrong dealer. Finally, after 8 weeks the car was repaired under warranty as it should have been. But only after several temper flare ups on my part. I purchased a 22 Elantra N on 01 July 22. The add ones that I was required to purchase are failing apart. The $800 window tint has bubbles through out all 5 windows. The door edge guards are falling off, and the bumper appliqué is entirely missing. Additionally, the sales manager would not let me use my own financing. Instead, I had to use their in-house financing, which costed me additional money. Also, Robert Gonzalez told me I was authorized a compentary wheel and tire package. But looking through the paperwork, I was charged $529. I’d like a refund on these purchases that are falling apart, as it has shown that Auto Nation employees are inept to complete the work properly and at worst could be out right lying to customers to make money. My family of 6 just moved from South Korea back to the US (military). After picking up our vehicle from the Vehicle Processing Center we noticed there was something wrong with the handling as it was bouncing us like bobble heads. Zack Mobley and team made the process from them on completely painless. Zack provided a free multipoint to identify the issue then replaced the faulty shock assembly the same day with parts in stock. Zack was honest, upfront, and very polite. He called us a Lyft on top of that and covered the bill. I highly recommend this service department, especially Zack Mobley.

My 2011 Genesis Coupe had issues that started while under warranty, but could not be duplicated till after warranty expired. Service Manager John And Service Agent Michael both worked extremely hard to get issues covered by warranty. I got a both my engine and transmission rebuilt under warranty. We took my wife’s 2015 Sonata in for a recall and and small oil leak. The recall item was 100% covered of course but I was expecting to get gigged for a couple hundred dollars to even look at the oil leak. The technician inspected the car and torqued the drain plug which fixed the leak. All at no charge!! Did I mention our car was washed too? Awesome job AutoNation!!

The fact that there is ZERO customer service for any services needed on vehicles. I've had numerous reminders about a recall on my 2019 Kona since November. I've tried MULTIPLE TIMES to schedule an appointment to get this taken care of. When I went to autoNation Hyundai, I spoke with jeorge. I came in with a flashing check engine light and my car just not acting the way it should. The dealership was very backed up with cars (the service industry is so overwhelmed) and he stated that a technician may not be able to look at my car until July. All other Hyundai dealerships are in the same boat so I was faced to either wait over a month for my car to be repaired or to buy a new one.for a week I left my car there and during that time Jeorge was able to squeeze my car in and take a look. He may not know how much that meant to me but I had just gone through something in my life and to not have a car on top of all the stress really was overwhelming. Do not purchase here unless you want two car loans! Purchased vehicle in Dec, it is now mid Feb and the dealership has still not paid off my trade-in. I am now stuck with two auto-loans. No-one answers dealer phone number. Salesperson, Noor, said he forwarded to finance. No-one has called me back. Never have I ever experienced a dealer not paying off the trade-in in a timely manner. Poor management, poor business practices, not trustworthy. Poor customer service. Broke contract by not paying off my trade-in. Not trustworthy to fulfill their end of contract. I was told at that point that it would take at least 3 weeks to even take a look at my vehicle and run a diagnostic, and was not offered a rental vehicle to compensate for it. On January 5th 2022, I was finally given a loaner car and was told that the dealership would only pay for it until my new engine came in, and then 10 days after that, I received a call on Jan. 19th that my engine had come in on the 10th and starting the 20th they would no longer pay for it. When they called, I was told that my car was 3rd in line, and would be ready in the next 2-3weeks. Obviously, the dealership can pay for a rental car, and they should’ve been doing this the entire time. Since then, I have gotten nothing but pushed back times for when it will be ready. As of today, February 7th 2022, I still have not gotten my car back and was told that it would still be 4 weeks till it will be ready. I am absolutely disappointed with the service I have received at this dealership and I am appalled at the way in which they are handling this.

Went into this service dept for the first time for scheduled service on my new Sonata. The dealership is beginning a massive remodel so it looks like moving day but the service advisor Jorge was great, explained the messiness and took care of me instantly. It was 7am so the dealership wasn't open yet so I sat in the giant showroom alone listening to 70s hits and got some work done. The time estimate was 90 minutes and they had completed in 75 minutes. Nice. Would recommend.

I'm really upset with this place. I was sold a tire plan and extended warranty in January when I bought my used car after being told it was required from the finance company which now finding out it was not! I can't even use the tire plan! I've called so many times and even different locations and just keep getting the run around, transferred to other departments or no one answering. I even left a message on some random persons mailbox up there bc they just keep transferring me to whoever. I'm really disappointed bc I asked them to please not screw me over and yet here I am paying more money for the services than the car and I can't even use them! It's disappointing to see a place with such a nationally recognized name playing dirty games. I'm filing a complaint with their corporate office, BBB and I'm contacting an attorney. I'm hoping my finance company and an attorney can get some results since I'm not.

Although the purchasing of my car went smoothly at the dealership and financing was accomplished with Capital One as I requested, the financing department without my knowledge applied for financing at a myriad of arbitrary institutions. For weeks after my purchase I have continued to receive responses from these companies regarding my application with them. Since I did not apply to them and clearly stated I only wanted a loan with Capital One, I would not recommend purchasing a car from this dealership.

IN REGARDS TO AUTONATION USED CAR SUPER CENTER Quite possibly the WORST car buying experience I have EVER dealt with. Avoid Francisco & this place if you don't like run arounds, lies, and rude people. My fiancé was up there from 9 AM to 4 PM and I was up there from 12-4 (when all they said I had to do was sign paperwork and then Ill be out of there) If you get approached by Francisco, then just walk away. He's straight up rude, doesn't have a clue what he's doing, walks around aimlessly playing on his cell phone, talks to you in a demeaning manner by telling you what HES doing for you because HE is helping you out, avoids follow up calls and texts. EXAMPLE: Waiting until the very moment I'm in the office signing all the paperwork with the financial manager to let me know he's getting new tires put on the car, and how great that is and how we will have to wait til the following day to go pick up the vehicle, mind you we brought a $10,000 paid off vehicle in to trade, meaning we would need that car to get home and go to work. And when confronting him about how we would need the vehicle he proceeds to get an aggressive tone on how he's helping us. When I feel that should have been taken care of or mentioned prior to selling the vehicle. The financial manger asked him to step out and eventually went with him, came back and asked if we could take the trade in home, and they would swap them out the following day at my job in Haltom City. I reluctantly agreed. The following day when texting Francisco for updates he'd take HOURS to respond and straight up ignore the calls. I work from 8-5 and the car NEVER came, when he finally responded to my text he stated he would just bring it to my house in Burleson. My fiancé who works in Haltom City as well, decided he'd come get the car and take it to the dealership himself to pick up the new car. He was up there for an additional 2.5 hours before he finally got the car. 10 minutes after driving off the lot the tire low sensors came on. They like to use time as a tool. Just 12 more minutes, just 20 more minutes, just 10 more minutes. When I got there instead of having me fill out paperwork that they needed they had me sit there with an 11 year old and 6 month old baby. (they don't have changing tables in the bathroom by the way). when he finally came around with the paperwork he hovered over me like I was inconveniencing him, like dude you coulda had me fill this out a while back and yes I did tell him that(I did an online application as well) The car was "ready" at least 17 times when I arrived, always "just needed one more thing". Cars ready to go just need to finish up paperwork, 20 minutes pass, cars ready to go just needs a detail and inspection, 45 minutes pass and the cars ready to go just needs a detail (they used this multiple times even the following day when my fiancé went to go pick up the car. Now we had to go back up there today to get an oil change and to fix the tire sensor and they were supposed to buff out a scruff but want us to come back on a Saturday. We would really just like to enjoy the car already. Also The place is DISGUSTING the chairs and tables are looked well used and like it was bought from goodwill.

I was told I have a free 1st oil change. I asked wanted full synthetic. they charged me the same price of an oil change not the difference. I asked for my tires not to be rotated. They said that they did not but my lugnut key was in the cup holder and had been removed from my glove box. Too Many half truths. When I call inquiring about I saw online the sales person was very attentive and responsive. I quickly made my way to the dealership as I knew the car might not last the day. I purchased the car but was told I needed to return three days later because they haven?t had time to inspect or detail it. After the third day, I figured I better call to make sure the car is ready. I finally reached him after and was informed that car needed a new radiator and the passenger window needed repairing. Basically it took them 8 days to repair a radiator and window. After getting the car, I had it inspected and found 8 major problems which they refuse to address in any manner. I might as well had purchased from an individual or a ?mom and pop shop?. Note: to the dealership credit, they did loan me a loaner car on the 7th day.

I only went back because my car broke down and I didn?t have the money to go to the Fort Worth location. I will never go get my oil changed at this location. At the beginning of the pandemic, they refused to wear a mask in my car when taking it into the garage. I have low immunity and needed them to do this. I will never buy this brand car again. The metal on the top on the car gets mysterious dents.

The service work was completed as expected ... to a point! I drove my serviced car off the lot at about 5 pm. I drive straight home and parked in the driveway. The next morning I went out to my car and didn?t even get a click. Even keyless entry would not work. The battery was completely dead. I called AutoNation Hyudai immediately and left a message with Blake in Service that I needed someone to come out to assist with what clearly connected to the service work done the day before. Four hours later I left a message with Mr. Green detailing the same. No call back from either person. Cynically, I guess they had my $857 and didn?t need to follow up with good service. Seriously, I won?t be back!!!

The WORST SERVICE I have ever received. My first experience with them was good and fine. However, October of 2020 I took my car in. It ended up needing a new engine. I have extended warranty so it took about 3 days for them to come out and prove that warranty should cover it. ZACH was my advisor and he tried to cheat and scam me out of money not once but TWICE. He said I was going to need to pay $800 for the diagnosis of my car. However, I reached out to my warranty and they let me know they covered the cost of the diagnosis and had already paid the dealership for it. So I went up the chain of command and reached out to them and let them know of Zach's actions. Thankfully they confirmed they had been paid and I didn't owe. But Zach tried to take advantage of the situation and scam an extra $800 from a customer. Then since warranty hadn't approved it yet I had to take out a rental car with enterprise in my name. Zach assured me that warranty was covering it and I would not have to cover the cost of the car rental. So 12 days later I get my car back, return the rental, and owe nothing. Then in January of 2021 Enterprise reaches out to me letting me know the bill has not been paid. I reach out to the dealership and I they ignore me and pass me around from person to person. I start going up the chain of command again, this time to corporate. They say they will help me and then ignore me. We are now in April of 2021 and collections is coming after me for the bill. The bill that my warranty paid to the dealership and the dealership is refusing to pay enterprise. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER. This is still an unresolved issue and they DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS OR THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDE. They are GREEDY and only care about making money.

Fantastic service. Zach in the service department asked how I was liking my car. I told him one thing I would change is the headlights are showing the light to low and not much light on the surrounding area. So he adjusted the headlights and they shine more light around the road which makes it easier to see at night.

If you live in Dallas, and you can be at the dealership to oversee everything, you probably will have no problems. If you are in another state and have to do things long distance, you will encounter a nightmare! Departments don’t communicate with each other or the buyer. Charges were added that were to be included in the initial price. The automobile was delivered by transport to our Walmart parking lot with only a few minutes notice and two days ahead of schedule. The SUV was so dirty, and the people responsible to prep it didn’t know it was being picked up earlier than expected. I will say that the general manager was extremely helpful in refunding charges that were added to the price when they were already included in the original price. My husband’s brother found the Palisade and paid cash for the SUV for us, but we were the people who were in contact with the dealership. I am sure our family members will not buy another vehicle from this dealership.

I brought my car in for body repair after my vehicle was rear ended. I was also supposed to receive a window tint as part of my purchase deal. when I first was informed my car was complete, the window tint was not done, the car had a flat and there was a small dent in the rear panel. I left my car. the second time that I was informed my car was ready, I was handed the keys to another vehicle that was tinted. The shop tinted the wrong vehicle. I again left my vehicle and still my tire was low even though I was told the flat was plugged. the third time I came to pick up the car it looked good. I drove off and by the next day my tire was low again. they never plugged the tire as they stated. I had to take my car to a tire shop and pay again to get it plugged and now my tire stays inflated proving that the tire was never plugged. I'm very disappointed with the service provided and the time and energy spent to have everything done properly.

I purchased my 2019 Hyundai Sonata from this dealer, not to bad of an experience. After a month, I was hit on the freeway by a truck. I chose this collision center/Service Dept because I bought my car here. I was called to pick up my car, it was not ready as they where supposed to apply tint that I was due from purchase. I left and returned 4 days later. They brought out the car it was white, but something not right. I told them this was not my car. The sarcastic worker tried to act like I didn't know what I was talking about. I looked and it was an Elantra, I had a Sonata. They had tinted the wrong car, was going to give me the wrong car, and when I saw my car... it had no tint, an additional dent, and a flat. The tint was done and the new dent was corrected. I was told they repaired the flat, however, I ended up having the tire repaired myself because it had a nail in it from them. They never fixed it. I am severely disappointed in this dealership!

When I purchased my vehicle, i was offered a "maintenance" program which I purchased. I came to realized it was not a maintenance program but instead it was a wheel rotation and oil change program. Also, I was told with the Gold program, my car would be washed when I brought it in. I have brought my vehicle in 3 time and not once was I offered a car wash. Usually at the end of a service apt. I receive an explanation of services rendered, this time no explanation just vehicle ready. I had to ask for the "maintenance required" light to be reset.

I would have to say this dealership was very impressive at the beginning they were professional and found exactly what I wanted. Towards the end when it was time to get my car the salesman was in touch with me and gave me updates about the vehicle but when it was time to inspect my car on my own they didn’t care they walked away and didn’t try to check and see if I need anything. They gave me the car without any gas and I didn’t get an extra key for my car.

Took my 2010 Santa Fe in for an idiot light. The problem was diagnosed and the fault repaired promptly. Their subsequent inspection found few issues with my old vehicle, one of which we agreed they correct, the rest goes on my list of to-do's at home...none are serious, just routine. 170,000 miles so far and no major issues with the vehicle. Staff was courteous and very helpful. No pressure for additional services or sales. Comfortable waiting area for anyone needing one. Consider AH-Hyundai for things you can't fix yourself. Brought my car in again, for problems with the drivetrain. When I accelerate, sometimes the engine will just rev up, but the drivetrain does nothing, especially when trying to pass on the highway. I say again, because this is the fifth or sixth time I brought the car in with the same complaint. They can never get the car to give them the same problem, but when ever I lend my car to a friend or family member, they all complain about how much this scared them. This last time, they had the car for three weeks, claimed they thoroughly tested the car and were unable to reproduce the issue. When I picked the car up after three weeks, the paperwork showed 7 miles were put on the car during that three week period. I can't consider this a thorough test, not in 7 miles. I probably would have had the car in the shop longer, other than the fact that I stopped in to get an update on the vehicle, as I hadn't heard back in almost three weeks. Mike, a service writer, after I told him I was thinking about talking to Hyundai directly, that I should take my car somewhere else. I have never had a service writer tell me this before. Needless to say, after my experience with this car (our third Hyundai), I will never buy another, and will absolutely never buy a car from AutoNation.

We purchased a pre-owned vehicle from out of state and had the vehicle shipped out of state. We were fine with what we saw on all the pictures (because we knew it was used) but had to trust there was nothing that was wrong that we could not see (since we could not test drive it - mistake). We had to rely on the dealership to let us know other things were wrong with the vehicle (ex. When the vehicle idles or the brakes are pressed it makes a loud humming sound and neither of the plugs to charge the cell phone work so this is a problem when traveling long distances). These thing would have been obvious to anyone who drove the vehicle while at the dealership and would have been obvious prior to loading it onto transport to be shipped to us. We would not have purchased the vehicle if we would have know these issues existed. The sales people were friendly at first and helpful and then put heavy pressure on us by phone, text, and email to I try to get us to do any number of things that made us very uncomfortable. A fast and sloppy job (incorrect information on contract/documents) was done with them and had to be physically mailed back twice to get it right which is frustrating and time consuming all the while we are without a vehicle to drive. All in all they run you through like cattle and you only represent $ signs. Be wary about buying a vehicle from them sight unseen. There is a reason why used car dealers/sales people have a negative reputation because they will do anything and say anything to sell a car even when it is not representative or accurate. It was too late to do anything once we had signed paperwork and the vehicle was delivered. Unfortunately we will never do another transaction with them even though they seem to be a dealership in a decent vehicle price market.

I just wish the waiting area was in a different area. I was there the other day waiting for my car, there are two offices on each side of the waiting room, and a lady in one office kept yelling to the guy in the other office instead of getting up out of her chair and going and talking to him they were just having a conversation back-and-forth it was rude and unprofessional. Plus she was so loud, I could hear every phone conversation she was having, I ended up having to go sit in the children?s section to get away from that. If she is going to talk to other clients on the phone she should consider closing her office door.I was able to hear all sorts of information about other clients.

Horrible! False representation of repairs. From day one, panels fell out and wheel shoulder popped out every bump we hit. They submitted wrong paperwork to DMV, and WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL BILL OF SALE! They submitted paperwork without signatures! DMV needs paperwork THEY have, and I don't. They won't return calls. They won't look into anything. They won't take responsibility for completing this sale properly. Left on my own to try and get this lemon registered, or will have to get my lawyer involved. BEWARE. GO ELSEWHERE. Was disappointed in the lack of communication. I had a 10;30 appointment for an oil change. I was told it would take an hour and fifteen minutes at the most. After an hour and a half I went to check. They said it would be about another 20 minutes. When I questioned them the service advisor got upset and drove my car around and said they wouldn’t change my oil. I’m sure it’s because it would have taken much longer. Just disappointed since I was there on time and they didn’t have courtesy enough to communicate effectively!! Water my time!!

I had a great sales person and everything went great until I got to financings. I had already pre-qualified online so it should have gone real easy. The finance lady sold me a bunch of other stuff. She made it all sound so good and said if I decided I didn't want this extra stuff I could just cancel all of and get my money back. So not knowing any better I said okay to it. After getting home and reading what it was that I actually bought I went right back like a couple of days later to cancel. That's when the nightmare started, she got so angry at me and kept putting me off saying she more important things to do. I then went back again with my father and she continued to lie to us about how she didn't have any time to cancel all this stuff and we would have to wait for just short of 30 days. My father and I told her we knew what she was up to cause we read how after 30 days you don't get back all your money. My father was smart though he recorded the whole conversation of her telling all the lies and the recording is date and time stamped so we can show during arbitration that we had been trying to cancel since the beginning. I will update in a few days when we go back in to try to get that lady to do the right thing. Buyer beware should be posted on a great big sign as you drive onto the car dealership. These are not nice people, and the smiles are only there on their faces cause they like taking advantage of the customers.

I had a good first visit. Although I was only there for a scheduled oil change and rotation, per my plan, everything went well. The tech that greeted me took care of me and my car. There were a couple of "add ons" suggested but I wasn't pressured to accept (I didn't). The waiting room was just OK. Could've been because of Covid 19 but a Keurig would've been nice. It could probably could use an upgrade. The car was delivered earlier than expected and to my knowledge everything was done correctly. I appreciate not being pressured into giving an on the spot 5 star review for your service like the other Hyundai dealership in Arlington does. The Saturday service hours are definitely a major plus for those of us that work during the week. I will visit again and hopefully get the same service. Thank you.

First of all, they did not honor the online price quoted at Autonation, even though it explicitly mentioned that incentives are available to everyone. Then they switched my model to a demo version with higher mileage (probably had been stock, longer!!) and different color (classic bait and switch!). Then after switching my choice for a car, they further changed the price than what they quoted me, which I later find out because the numbers did not match. What ended up happening is that, instead of negotiating, they deliberately increased the payment term to reduce the payment against my wishes (72 instead of 60 and I ended up with a higher interest rate). The car ended up being ~17500 instead of the written quote of ~16700, and upon taking it up to the sales manager, neither them nor Autonation could come up with an explanation, except excuses that my car has additional protection. Surprisingly, a feature for which I did not have any sales receipt. At the end I ended up with a car that had considerable cosmetic flaws, has issues with steering alignment and was full of pet hair. Let me remind y’all that this was my first new car purchase, so I would advise and urge you to avoid Ryan Lovin, might be the best performing salesman but I guess you know why by now, also if you end up financing through them please do not fall for Chadrick Key’s tricks, he is probably one of the most shady and untrustworthy people I have ever closed a deal with. Typical bait and switch. Verified with the New car manager (Justin Pack) two vehicles were available for the advertised price. When I arrived four hours later was shown a different model. This dealership is sneaky, they wont honor online prices. I was sold a demo Hyundai Elantra SEL for full price. Payment terms were changed to 72 months, and I was not explained about it, I wish I could just return my car, it has alignment issues and the washer fluid was empty, avoid like a plague. I am taking this upto hyundai when I get the official survey.

I usually don?t take my car to a dealer because it usually cost more to have a minor repair cost more but because it was a sencer it was better to take it to a dealer who is a specialist on my car. But after all that it was the best thing to do. My car was over 10 yrs old but only had 61000 miles on it with no major issues. Hopefully I can get another 10 yrs before it needs another major repair. The dealership was awesome.

If it weren’t for Mo taking the time and explaining the multiple functions of my new Santa Fe, I would have spend a couple of hours in the owner’s manual and another hour on YouTube. I will start by saying the service department is good. I have not had an issue and my most recent experience was great. However the new car sales department is not. I was there today with my 2 severely autistic teen boys. I have been considering trading my 2016 Santa Fe for something smaller or more economic. I walked from the service department to the new car sales showroom waiting area. I set up my older son with a show and took my younger son to look at vehicles. I am not the dressing up type so I was wearing a plain short sleeved t-shirt and leggings. I was not greeted by a single member of the sales department while in the showroom. My son and I sat in at least 4 of the vehicles in the showroom and no one said a word.....not even a greeting. I then took him outside to walk and look at other vehicles. I passed several sales people who, again didn’t greet us. One of the salesmen walked directly passed us to stand in the shade of a car port and didn’t speak. I continued walking and intentionally walked right in front of him, looked up to make eye contact, and this person refused to even meet my gaze. I am a pretty understanding person, but the fact that my very severe autistic son was with me, making noises that are not socially acceptable, and every single person in that area ignored us is truly disgusting. I don’t know if I was being judged for my clothing and how I look or if these people were avoiding us because of my son’s disability. I do know I will never purchase anything from this dealership nor will I be bringing my car back for service. I will tell every person I know about my experience because this should not be the norm! They should be ashamed.

2017 Sonata engine would suddenly stop over a few days. Service department said they didn't see any codes on the computer, but continued to investigate the problem. They eventually said the problem was a bad coil was to blame They ordered the part and replaced it Hopefully that was the problem, but as with all randomly occurring events, it is still tension while driving in heavy traffic until it behaves for another week or two without incident. Service was good and they even washed the car before returning it to us.

We brought our car in for a recall and oil change. The recall was going to take too long so we just had the oil changed because we had other obligations. Everyone was very nice. While we waited we were asked if we wanted a refreshment. When the car was completed the service associate said it was washed and vacuumed. The outside of the car looked great but the car wasn?t vacuumed. Overall. We had a very good experience.

Last year in June I went to AutoNation Hyundai North Richland Hills for a simple oil change. It was my first time and last time! About 3 days after my oil change my car broke down on the highway! It was over 100 degrees outside and I was stuck on the highway with cars driving by me at 80mph. After getting the car towed back to dealership they said my oil ran out and my engine was ruined! They gave me a rental car and said they would replace the motor. I got my car back 4 months later. It’s now one year later and my car does not run the same. They ruined the value and quality of my car. Think twice before you get service from this dealership it may cost you more than expected.

I had an appointment to test drive a car on Saturday afternoon. The car could not be located and I was later told it sold on Friday night, but they would find the same car and have it brought over. We found the same model, different color, and was told they would honor the price of the car that was reserved. The first round of paperwork was $4K higher. I should have walked out then, but 3 rounds later, the advertised price of the reserved car was finally honored - then waited FOREVER for the finance person to meet with us and was told that the computers had gone down. First round of paperwork from the finance person didn't include the down payment, the finance terms correct, and a higher price. I'm telling you - you have to really watch these people because they will try and get you at every turn.

Came to AutoNation Hyundai in a tow truck. There were only two service reps working the counter one was on the phone and one was helping a customer. No problem I can wait they were here first. The one on the phone gets off the phone and ask what can he help with the tow truck driver asked where to drop the car. Since I had not been to the location before I am asked to fill out some paperwork again ok this is normal. Apparently at this time I become assigned to Taylor even though he had a customer in the service bay waiting on him and a mechanic waiting to confirm a repair and now me. The other service rep had finished with his customer and had no other customers. Not sure why he could not help. Since Taylor had a customer in the service bay that arrived before I did. I went to the parts counter to ask how much a spare tire cost as 2013 Elantra’s do not have spare tires just a air pump and some type of fix a flat which does nothing to a tire that hits road debris. Thank goodness for AAA. Come back 5 minutes later Taylor is still with the customer in the bay and has the mechanic waiting. The other service rep still did not have a customer so I ask Taylor if I can just leave the car and call when you can? Taylor said sure but looked a little surprised when I handed him my keys as my paperwork had keys on top. I said those are not me keys. Taylor asked if the get the car back to me Monday I said sure but I have to have it Monday. We walked home from the dealership lucky we live close. The reason we walked I felt like a little insignificant pheasant and felt no customer service unlike the Toyota, Ford and Mazda dealerships for the other vehicles we own. Bad choice in vehicle I choose that day looking back Back story we had the flat coming home from the Susan G Cumin Ft Worth breast cancer walk. Girlfriend is a Cancer survivor but on the walk she received a call a long time friend had just passed away from her second bout with breast cancer. We did the turn off at the one mile marker to cut the walk short as she had a lot of people to call in the support group and to be ready to arrange airfare for her friend’s daughter, husband and grandchildren to fly out as she works for America Airlines as had the friend that passed away. Before the walk my girlfriend pointed out the walkers in burgundy shirts which represents people with breast cancer that has come back and spread to other parts of the body. She is proud of the pink shirt she wears which represents survivor and hopes to never wear burgundy. Back to customer service I did receive a call from Taylor in a timely manner to say I need one tire but recommends two which I agreed with his reason the axle should have similar wear heights. He also asked about an alignment which I declined total finically at this time dang IRS but will do later this month. I said there were recalls but only do them if the car can be ready Monday as I have to drive the car and do an oil change. Yes I have other cars to drive but want to keep their mileage down or for gas mileage issues. I commute 160 miles a day. Monday after 3 pm I call as I have not heard a thing. Taylor was at lunch and would return in thirty minutes I leave a voicemail on his phone as he is my service rep and no one else can help apparently only he can talk to me must be a commission issue. He calls back around 4:45. He calmed to have called me and left a voicemail before he went to lunch which I have no record of. I have a friend drive me to the dealership as I have no idea if there is shuttle service most dealerships offer as non was offered most likely to me driving a little cheap Elantra. Go to pick up the car the AAA discount was not applied. Taylor claimed to know nothing about it AAA and Auto Nation has a discount on vehicles dropped off by tow truck. I was shocked to see I had declined services on the paperwork that were never mentioned in the phone call on Saturday. I am angered in writing were things I never said. I am in the market for a car to replace the Elantra as it is almost paid off and out of warranty and a none functional air bag which is very dangerous to drive from NRH to Sherman every day. The new car will not come from any AutoNation dealership even though they claim to support breast cancer Matt

Made an appointment online because there were three recalls on my Sonata. I also had them do an oil change and check a noise that sounded like it was coming from the transmission. I got a call a few hours later - all was done and the noise turned out to be coming from the muffler. They provide great customer service and didn’t make the noise out to be something worse than it was. I will definitely go back! I may not make an online appointment though... I was looking at my receipt and it looks like I was charged $16.99 for doing so. The charge reads “ Customer pay shop charge for repair order Web created 2019-04-18 07:39:32AM” That was the time I made the appointment and I don’t remember seeing anything stating that the charge the customer for making an appointment.

Customer service was amazing. Took above and beyond the typical time to answer all my questions, explain everything so I could understand it, and never pressured me into getting any work done that I didn't want at that time, and fixed even more than the one problem that I brought it in for.

My sales person Alex never talked down to me as a woman. He accepted that I knew what he was talking about. I like the service department because they too talk to me as a person not a woman. I love the service department.

Worst experience ever. Worst customer service. Took four hours to buy the car and we only look at the one car. The vehicle was absolutely disgusting. It was dark when we saw it. The salesman kept apologizing because it was disgusting. There was food and soda all over the floors doors and seats. We spent hours trying to clean it but couldn’t get it all clean. Changed our mind on the extended warranty that we purchased. Called Chad in finance the next day to cancel warranty. He would never return my car. Called him 6 times. He finally answered and sent us the paperwork to canel. Emailed him the signed docs and he replied saying thank you. I called the sales manager to complain about the car and he agreed to mail us some new floor mats. That was on the 17th of December. Never received them. Called and left him a message. He never returned my call. Then the salesman called to see how we liked the car. Told him that they should ashamed of themselves for selling us the disgusting car as new. Told him about not receiving the new floor mats. So he mailed us new ones last week. Then we find out that the finance guy did not submit our warranty cancellation so now we are having to pay interest on it. I called two days ago and spoke to someone in sales about the warranty. He said that he would have the finance guy call as well as the general manager. Neither called. I did receive an email from the finance guy saying we never sent him the signed cancellation form. Emailed him the original email that he was sent with the signed document and told him that he replied to the original email saying thank you. No reply back from him. I emailed him again today asking if it had been taken care since we were having to pay interest on something that should have been taken care of last month. This was the worst experience we have ever had. Will never purchase a Hyundai again. Absolutely no customer service.

Had to take my 2017 Hyundai Elantra in because the battery was dead. Thank goodness it was still under warranty. They got me in and out within 30 minutes! Great customer service!
