I was assisted by Ali, who was very genuine and informative. This was my first time buying a car off the lot and she made the experience almost too easy even keeping in touch days after I bought the vehicle! Justin in financing went thru every document and thoroughly explained what I was agreeing to and didn’t pressure me into buying all the extra add ons. all members of the team greeted me with a smile and didn’t mind helping when need be. I bought my car in December. I’ve been trying to get my car serviced since January.I was told that I could bring the car back to have some simple dings on it painted and the windshield looked at for the chip that’s in it. You can’t get no one on the phone to give you straight answers. My car has since stopped working. It will NOT start. They can’t get me in to look at my car until June 22nd. My call is passed around all over the place and finally I leave a voicemail with no return call. I’m paying a car note for a car I can’t even drive. Just disappointed!

Very dissatisfied with this dealer and their games. They like to withhold information and give incorrect information. Then when you don't like their financing and you come with your own, they say oh we only go through our financiers and now don't accept outside financing. Thats to say the least!

Your "brand new" car wash scratches cars. Body shop is going to get alot of free repairs if this not fixed... ...Also, why make an appointment if I'm still going to wait an hour and a half. I'd rather drive 30 minutes out of the way then to return to location for service. First time getting maintenance on my 2021 Sonata I end up with scratches from the free wash. Joe called John the manager over who instruct me to call Joe. the next day to arrange a time to being in for the body shop to buff the hood. I called Joe the next day and he's unavailable for the next few days and told to call the next day to speak with John. I called John the next day and he's "unavailable" and to leave him a voicemail. John calls back 2 days later to tell me to bring it in on Monday. It took 2 days to tell me this. I go in and it's raining. Joe calls body shop who attempts to have me come back tomorrow morning. I tell them no l, I have a job that I had to leave early to get to this appointment. Body shop agrees to buff it out and away my car go. An hour later my car is back and I only half the scratches are gone. I give up. I tell them it's good, sign and get the heck out of dodge. Never coming back here again.

Easy to deal with. Generally helpful. Didnt like the $1k dealer pre-added items bumping up price. Hard sell on extended protection plans. Would have liked more model specific product knowledge. That was my impression during the purchase. Subsequently, I have returned for scheduled service and have been very pleased with the quality and personal attention. In my opinion, service after the sale is more important than pre-purchase issues.

Honestly had a horrible experience! I definitely would not recommend this place. Had an appointment at 4:30 PM with Luis, came there on time couple minutes past, come to out he’s not even there! I had to go back-and-forth every couple minutes asking different associates to assist me regarding a car I was looking for even though I already had an appointment. I’ve seen a couple come after me and got assisted immediately. At 4:55 I finally got assisted and was able to take a look at the car shortly after. Took a look at the car for a minute turned it off, then turned it back on & was about to go for a test drive and it won’t even start! It was a junk car, the associate mentioned there’s a problem with the car, they’ll fix it & let me know in a couple days. Never received a response I had to personally had to give a call back and then they told me they sent the car back to auction because it cost too much to be fixed. Will not be returning back and definitely do not recommend this dealer!

The sales guy John" I worked with couldn’t have been nicer or worked harder. Five stars for him. But, the MANAGER " Jerry I believe the rudest man I never seen in my life since I been in the U.S.A 32 years a go. people take hours and are clearly just trying to screw their customers for a few extra dollars. Clearly have the mindset that they will make you sit for over three hours waiting for the manager to even talk to you IN STEAD OF TALKING TO YOU HE INFORM US TO LEAVE SOMEWHERE ELSE FROM HIS OFFICE. you don’t leave and have to go through this at another dealership. At first they wanted to run my credit before showing me the car. Sales person said "my manager won't give me the keys to the car before we fill out a credit application." Felt like they had no interest in my business, took 20 minutes just to get the keys to the car I was interested in, its like I had to beg. When they finally showed me the car, it was in rough shape, both front fenders near the wheel well there were lots of paint chips, also they put black electical tape to cover/hide a big paint chip on the black hood. I didn't bother showing anymore interest and left. With what happened today, they've lost mine and my family and friends business.

No out of house financing. When people call to ask about a car, you should explain this. Walked in with a pre-approval and left after I wasted my time test driving and inspecting the stinky honda civic you had. Thank God I went to clay cooley and was in and out within an hour, with amazing service.

I was helping my daughter shop around for a specific car she wanted. Bailey reached out to us and let us know that not only did she have that specific car but a few other similar ones on the lot. We set an appointment to come by. We get a phone call DAY OF our appointment to confirm time. We live an hour away so our intentions were to come here and make purchase. We get there at 3pm right on time just to find out the car we were coming to see was sold and no other similar cars were there either. According to Bailey, she was off the day before and didn't know the car was sold. Well that's an important piece of information to leave out while calling to remind someone of their appointment. She then continues to try and sell us other vehicles used and new, and shows us stock pics, not even actual ones. It was such a frustrating visit and poor customer service that we will gladly take our business elsewhere. So glad we did not make a purchase here.

As far as dealerships go, I think this is one of the better ones. Staff was friendly and helpful, and I was in and out relatively quick. I think I walked away with a fair deal especially given the current market conditions. They do not do any market adjustments and only a few reasonable add-ons like window tint. Many of the other dealerships in the DFW area were forcing you to buy black powder coated wheels (ruined the wheels) and asking for thousands more for the "privilege".But the best thing of all is - NO ANNOYING DEALERSHIP STICKERS!!!

Took my car in for two recalls and it was my only mode of transportation so they hooked me up with a lyft home and a lyft back to the dealership when it was done. When I got there my car was washed and waxed. Didn't even recognize it. Loved my experience here.

ABSOLUTELY WORST DEALERSHIP. Steer away from this place. My wife and I came here JUST to test drive a vehicle and get appraisal information for our vehicle for trade in. We understand its their job to sell and make money and they may seem pushy. But we're in no rush to buy a vehicle, simply wanted a test drive and information. And when we made it clear we weren't buying, their attitude and service towards us change. They completely left us and I saw the gentleman who were helping us just chatting outside. Initially they said the appraisal would take 10-15 minutes, but when in a hour passed by, I asked for our keys and they had "barely" started. They also stated they would later send us the information since we were leaving, but it's been a complete day and still nothing. Although we're not in a rush in buying a vehicle now, we'll be taking our business elsewhere and everyone else should too.

I took my Sonata in for a recall and oil change since it was an all day affair I was sent home by Lyft Concierge at AutoNations expense. That was greatly appreciated. However, the service advisor didn’t call me with updates nor did he mention/ask if I needed a Lyft back to the dealership. I had to call and leave a voicemail which then prompted an update. Overall it was a positive experience but I would work on communication.

I consider buying a car at a dealership is a tedious process that's frustrating. And that's compounded when trying to do it in 2022 waiting months for a car. With that said, if you have to work with a dealership, the AutoNation Hyundai North Richland Hills was best-in-class compared to other dealerships. They weren't too pushy on selling extra warrantees and other upsells. The price they estimated when I put down a deposit was basically (within < 1%) the final selling price 8 weeks later when the car came in. I would have been very upset if I waited 8 weeks and they added in a bunch of charges/fees.

The team was efficient in the check in and check out process. Part of the reason I brought my car in was the deluge of mail, emails and phone calls I had gotten relating to a recall on my car. When I went to pick up my car they told me they did not have the part that I needed and that if it was an issue (my trunk flying open and not closing) that I could bring my car in and they would give me a rental. I was disappointed due to the extreme vigor with which they contacted me and the fact that I made the appointment well in advance and stated I was brining it in for the repair on the recalled part.

do not take your car for service here if you want it fixed right away. they have had my car for 9 weekdays and still not even looked/diagnose it. I am with out a car. they can not even get it diagnose in order for me to get a rental if covered under warranty. I am having to rely on others just to get to work. no fun.

Autonation Hyundai North Richard Hills 7724 NE Loop 820 Fort Worth, TX 76180 REVIEW If you are trying to buy a car here, make sure you get the Retail Purchase Agreement before signing any papers!!!! They are going to lie about everything to make you buy and at the end they will not show you any numbers till you finish signing everything.... What happened to me wasn't the first time, I found others that had the same exact problem... Just google for reviews of this dealership.... When I was asked to sign all the papers they gave me a small ipad and I couldn't see anything, just the square where I was supposed to sign. They never told me I was paying for 2 protection packages named appearance protection for $599 and windshield protection for $699 The price was also different, I was told $48.855 and they changed it to $50.632 I was also offered $700 credit for repeated business and they didn't added to the deal, I signed trusting this dealer and they just took advantage of that, They are just lying and trying to hide the final numbers to see if they can get away with it. I even asked many times for the door numbers and was ignored. They never told me I was paying for 2 protection packages named appearance protection for $599 and windshield protection for $699 The price was also different, I was told $48.855 and they changed it to $50.632 I was also offered $700 credit for repeated business and they didn't added to the deal, I signed trusting this dealer and they just took advantage of that, They are just lying and trying to hide the final numbers to see if they can get away with it. I even asked many times for the door numbers and was ignored. I went in for a oil change and tire rotation. They were very fast at getting me in. The guy was friendly . He even washed my car for me it had rained that day a dirty rain. So that was very nice of him. When I was checking in he was telling me about a "engine conditioner" for me car he recommended. I never said yes I want it or no I don't. And they did it anyway. So I had to pay the 39.95 extra. I am not even sure what it is and do I really need that. I don't like that I didn't tell him to do it and they did. But I do like autonation and will continue to go to them for service. I will just have to be more certain on what they are doing and what I am paying extra for.

The fact that there is ZERO customer service for any services needed on vehicles. I've had numerous reminders about a recall on my 2019 Kona since November. I've tried MULTIPLE TIMES to schedule an appointment to get this taken care of. Only to be told they're too busy or that they don't currently have any trained technicians to perform the recall maintenance. Thanks to Eckert Hyundai I'm going to be getting that taken care of. I WILL NOT be buying another vehicle from AutoNation nor will I refer any family or friends.

This place has the worst customer service. I submitted the online form to schedule an appointment and never got a callback. I called to schedule an appointment on a recall for my vehicle three times. The first two I was promised a callback. Neither happened. The third time I was transferred no less than three times, put back to the root of the phone menus then ultimately hung up on by the next person to pick up without so much as hearing a voice on the other end. I understand being busy and/or short-staffed, but that is no way to handle your business. Do NOT recommend using this place for anything. If you buy from here and expect service, in my experience you won't receive it. Go elsewhere.

I have two active recalls on my vehicle. One is an acceleration error that has been fatal, so I immediately made an appointment when I was notified. My original appointment was on 2/25/22 and after it was confirmed, Zach called to reschedule. I told him this was very important and he said he could get me in and out if I could reschedule for today 3/19/22. It’s spring break so I could do that, but Zach again tried to reschedule me last week and I said it was important and I could literally die driving this car if it malfunctions due to the recall issues. He agreed I could keep my appointment for today and let me drop off my car. I dropped it off at 9:25 for my 9:30 appointment. Zach just called (at 3:00pm) and said that they couldn’t get to it, but I could leave it and they could maybe get to it Monday or Tuesday. I asked how long it takes to do these recalls once the car is in the bay and he said an hour and a half. I can’t understand how an accelerator recall isn’t a priority when it could kill your customers and literally only takes 90 minutes to complete. Zach said the shop manager wasn’t in and that I could pick my car up before 4:30 when they close. TLDR: Go anywhere else.

I would never go to this dealership or recommend ANYONE. I bought a 2013 Nissan Altima after I, female, senior (68 yrs) and on a fix income. My car had been totaled by a person who ran a red light I went to this dealership to find a car since i am supporting 2 grandchildren alone and have to have transportation to make ends meet. The salesman, Charles couldn't find a car I could qualify then after searching his website he told me they had just gotten a car and showed it to me he drove it so i coukd hear it so needing a car I devided to buy it. Driving it I realized it was a veryiw car which I had to drive it very slow on bumps. I went back to see if they could help me pay to raise it up but NO HELP, . When i went to get my license tags and had to just expensesabout ask for help there to put them on no one seem to care and help me. Come to find out the front license bracket was missing. I don't believe this car was even checked according to Charles since they had just gotten the car in. The car wasdirty,andwhen they cleaned it they remove some inside lights and just left it on the floor. This is a place they take advantage of women, old people and just care about moving out their cars at customers' expense.

We bought a new 2022 hyundai tucson SEL from Autonation hyundai North Richland hills last week. We were first time buyers and were very pleased with the service they have provided. Our sales associate Anthony Bruno was an awesome guy, he explained us thoroughly the differences between the trim levels of this vehicle ,and told us exactly what we are going to get in the trim we were looking for. The best thing I appreciate about Anthony is he was not like other sales guys from other dealerships, without playing any games, he showed us exactly what the out the door price would look like for that vehicle. Also , I saw that many other dealerships in DFW area were charging 'Market Adjustments' (which is an additional cost other than MSRP) , but here in autonation hyundai north richland hills they did not charge anything like that. Overall, great experience here, will probably go back there if we decide to get another vehicle.

When I went to autoNation Hyundai, I spoke with jeorge. I came in with a flashing check engine light and my car just not acting the way it should. The dealership was very backed up with cars (the service industry is so overwhelmed) and he stated that a technician may not be able to look at my car until July. All other Hyundai dealerships are in the same boat so I was faced to either wait over a month for my car to be repaired or to buy a new one.for a week I left my car there and during that time Jeorge was able to squeeze my car in and take a look. He may not know how much that meant to me but I had just gone through something in my life and to not have a car on top of all the stress really was overwhelming. Im so thankful for him being so kind and helping me. Seriously 11/10 customer service!😁 my car runs like brand new!!

I purchased a Camaro SS 4 days ago. Noticed the next day that it has some transmission issues which GM is currently under a class action lawsuit over. Should have done more research I guess. BUT what I am mad about is that I was talked into buying this $4000 warranty that I do not even have information on. I was not given any paperwork about it or even a phone number for them. I have called the dealership 5 times and messaged my salesman directly twice and have been told that the finance manager will get me the info. I’ve left messages and provided my email for the info to be sent to, I’ve received nothing. Customer service is really lacking. It’s a job to them and I’m sure they do not care about my issues but when I’ve financed nearly $50k for a car I want to make sure I have all of my information.

No one loves taking your car in for repair... but I had a great experience. Michael Winck did a great job keeping me informed of the progress of my vehicle. He kept me up to date on every aspect. My car was completed on time and at the price i was quoted. They did not try to upsell me on anything. They completed only what needed to be done. I would highly recommend. There was some construction going on in the dealership but they did a great job working around the construction issues.

Cannot get anyone to answer phone at general number. Original salesperson, Noor, said he forwarded info to finance dept. Finance dept has not called me nor taken action. Do not trust this dealer! Do not purchase here unless you want two car loans! Purchased vehicle in Dec, it is now mid Feb and the dealership has still not paid off my trade-in. I am now stuck with two auto-loans. No-one answers dealer phone number. Salesperson, Noor, said he forwarded to finance. No-one has called me back. Never have I ever experienced a dealer not paying off the trade-in in a timely manner. Poor management, poor business practices, not trustworthy. Poor customer service. Broke contract by not paying off my trade-in. Not trustworthy to fulfill their end of contract. If you owe on your trade-in YOU WILL have to carry two auto loans until they get off their lazy keesters and pay your trade-in off. Can you afford two auto loans?

I had been searching for the car I wanted for over 5 months. As soon as I would find one, it would be gone before I could get off work. I did an online search and the one I wanted came up. Put in an online inquiry and they called me with in 10 minutes. They put it on hold until I got off work. Test drove it and was so happy. The sales associate and fiance person stayed after closing so everything could be finished. The sales associate than followed up with an email a few days after I had it to make sure everything was good and answer any questions. I did have one question and he helped me get an answer and replied to my email quickly

Due to a company issued safety recall that made my vehicle dangerous to drive, I dropped my car off on December 1st 2021 to get the issue rectified. I was told at that point that it would take at least 3 weeks to even take a look at my vehicle and run a diagnostic, and was not offered a rental vehicle to compensate for it. On January 5th 2022, I was finally given a loaner car and was told that the dealership would only pay for it until my new engine came in, and then 10 days after that, I received a call on Jan. 19th that my engine had come in on the 10th and starting the 20th they would no longer pay for it. When they called, I was told that my car was 3rd in line, and would be ready in the next 2-3weeks. Obviously, the dealership can pay for a rental car, and they should’ve been doing this the entire time. Since then, I have gotten nothing but pushed back times for when it will be ready. As of today, February 7th 2022, I still have not gotten my car back and was told that it would still be 4 weeks till it will be ready. I am absolutely disappointed with the service I have received at this dealership and I am appalled at the way in which they are handling this. Edit: I have continuously attempted to call the number that the dealership has provided below for the past 2 days. This number has done nothing but give me a voice prompt that leads to nowhere. I even went to their website and called the number on their landing page and got the same voice prompt. I’m extremely disappointed in this gross lack of customer service.

Went into this service dept for the first time for scheduled service on my new Sonata. The dealership is beginning a massive remodel so it looks like moving day but the service advisor Jorge was great, explained the messiness and took care of me instantly. It was 7am so the dealership wasn't open yet so I sat in the giant showroom alone listening to 70s hits and got some work done. The time estimate was 90 minutes and they had completed in 75 minutes. Nice. Would recommend.

I drove an hour to your dealership, after confirming the car I wanted was in Stock ,and scheduled and appointment with the rude receptionist, Dawn loken-smith, to see it. Once I arrived to the dealership I was greeted by Donald Davis, who was polite and professional, who took me to his office, looked up the vehicle ,I was told was in Stock, and then told me it was already sold. I thanked Donald for his time, professionalism and honesty and left. If the car sold while I was in route to you , around 4-5pm, then at the very least I should have been called and notified other wise I was lied to and time was wasted.

Jeffrey, the purchase manager is very nice, friendly, customer service oriented person. Even process and customer service wise I found dealing with Jeffrey was similar experience as if I was a car buying customer, which makes my AutoNation selling experience stand out from the competition.

I booked an appointment via the automated system. I was told by a rep that they would need a couple days to get the supplies to service my vehicle for an oil change because it was a Jeep. I send my wife there for the appointment and was told she needed to go to Jeep. After calling up there myself to clear this up, I was then told they would have to go over to Jeep and get the parts. On top of that coordinator said it would be a 2 hr wait. We don’t live in the area and booked an appointment for that reason. Needless to say guess I’m not taking advantage of this complimentary oil change with the recent purchase of my Jeep.

Found a vehicle I wanted and the sales process went very well. I found a major issue with vehicle before I gave them a check. Explained the door actuator is buzzing loudly and needs replaced as this is an indicator the gears are worn out. Dealership stated they would take care of it. Came back later that night, they did not replace the part and I was told its not a safety issue and it is still currently working so it will not be replaced. I was angry and the service manager said they will replace it. I have an email thread and a business card where the service manager and sales agent wrote on card the actuator will be replaced. Been silent still. No updates. No other proof this is back-ordered or even in the process. Not happy with this experience. Would I recommend this place? Depends if my issue ever gets resolved.

Went in to get the oil changed. Initially, I wanted to get recall work done on the car, but was told on the phone, that work was not available for some time. The tech found several issues which needed attention when the car was brought in for the oil change and even though the final bill was considerably more than an oil change, they also completed the the recall / warranty work as well. Overall, a good service completed in one day.

Such a scam. Booked an appointment first and then had a talk with the sales guy before the appointment. He said that he couldn't do the price for what he gave my friend. I respect that. However, after that I canceled my appointment, they called back next morning and said that they wouldn't be adding any of those fees mentioned in the last call. They reassured me and convinced that the sales manager Justin would take care of me and then set up an appointment with him. Went on the appointment day but after the conversation he said that he couldn't do the same price as my friend. Why would you set up an appointment again after I cancelled just to let me know the same thing?????? I respect what they say BUT knowing the reason why I cancelled my appointment, why would you try convincing me into getting another appointment just to travel there for nothing. At least you guys should respect your clients. HUGE DISSAPOINTMENT! Got to know this place because of my friend but now definitely never recommending anybody here!

I traveled over 1,000 miles too pick up this car. AN has to shuttle service. I had gotten up at 2 AM to be at the store by 8:30 in order to be on the road by 9:30. New tires were not installed, business office was a 2 hour ordeal with multiple docs shredded and 2 folks involved in the process that should have taken place the day before as the car had previously been paid for in full. Finally, at1PM I was out the door to drive back home. : Tire pressures were dramatically off. : Service records requested were not provided. : Sales tax on an out of state sale for "inventory" is bogus but required at AN. AN is like it's cousin Car Max in that recon takes place only after the sale. Very disappointing to waste 4 and 1/2 hours for something that should have been handled the day before. Did I get the car I wanted and was the price acceptable? Yes. The effort to buy, not be sold a car will not make me a repeat customer.

I emailed about a Tuscon SEL in-transit, Justin quickly responded and with no complications he matched a deal I had received at another dealer (I had a deposit on one at another dealer that was in-transit for 2 months). Bait and switch. I called in and did not get an answer but was called back a few hours later by Khadeja. She informed me that there we Palisades on the lot to test drive and we picked the next day to come in. When I called her personal line that she provided she did not answer. When I got to the dealership I informed Louis of who I spoke with and he let me know they do not have any Palisades to drive and I was lied to. He started a sales pitch for other cars but I walked out. Just be honest guys I don’t want to do business with people that are just trying to get people in the door. Even if I buy one it won’t be from this dealership.

My service advisor this visit was Abby. My appointment was for scheduled maintenance. Additionally, she had the department troubleshoot the reason why water entered the front of the cabin during a car wash. They founr leaves had accumulated in the drainage channel at the front of the sun roof, and they corrected the problem at no charge. Nice to have that problem identified and fixed! October 2021 scheduled service visit. Service advisor Mike Winck and team did a great job on my Palisade. I could not ask for better car care than what I get at Auronation Hyundai!

I'm really upset with this place. I was sold a tire plan and extended warranty in January when I bought my used car after being told it was required from the finance company which now finding out it was not! I can't even use the tire plan! I've called so many times and even different locations and just keep getting the run around, transferred to other departments or no one answering. I even left a message on some random persons mailbox up there bc they just keep transferring me to whoever. I'm really disappointed bc I asked them to please not screw me over and yet here I am paying more money for the services than the car and I can't even use them! It's disappointing to see a place with such a nationally recognized name playing dirty games. I'm filing a complaint with their corporate office, BBB and I'm contacting an attorney. I'm hoping my finance company and an attorney can get some results since I'm not.

Although the purchasing of my car went smoothly at the dealership and financing was accomplished with Capital One as I requested, the financing department without my knowledge applied for financing at a myriad of arbitrary institutions. For weeks after my purchase I have continued to receive responses from these companies regarding my application with them. Since I did not apply to them and clearly stated I only wanted a loan with Capital One, I would not recommend purchasing a car from this dealership.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership 2 years ago and had a rough start when we first visited the dealership. It took a negative Facebook review for the gm reach out and promise to take care of us. We were taken care of and it was a great experience. Fast forward to trading in that vehicle and trying to get someone in financing to call me back so I can cancel my GAP insurance. I HAVE CALLED 7 TIMES SINCE 7/3 AND HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A CALL BACK!!! I am tired of getting the run around! I finally spoke to someone today who actually transferred me to finance, but I got hung up on. His advice for me first was to come into the dealership on Monday because I had a paper to sign. I informed him that I’m over 100 miles away now and haven’t been made to sign a paper in years past when I’ve canceled gap insurance for other cars. And his story quickly changed. My advice: DO NOT buy a car here! Just don’t do it. I’ve had horrible experiences now, twice!

Today I went to Hyundai Auto Nation to buy a 2022 Hyundai Tucson with sales rep Charles who was awesome . however everything took a turn when talking to finance manger Justin who was so rude and disrespectful. As we was talking he told me he wasn’t going to do the deal if I didn’t agree to what he wanted me to do. When informing him I already spoke to the bank and what your asking if me isn’t accurate he got up and walked away. Later on I was talking to the sales rep who brought me a sheet of paper with financial figures along with an apr to later inform me they didn’t have my credit app on file after I filled it out earlier. So where did the numbers come from. After asking have they submitted the application to the bank they informed me that they hadn’t and in order for the to do so I would have to agree to a $970.00 for a car note I informed them I could go buy a Tesla for that price. As there still trying to run game my brother has me put him on speaker phone to ask them the same question I had been asking for 20 mins can you run my credit app through the bank so we can know what kinda pricing we are looking at. That’s when the sales manager Lou comes over and states I’ll go do it right now he’s young he doesn’t understand referring to the sales rep Charles. After waiting about 45 more mins I was told the car that I was in the midst of negotiating was SOLD. Charles exact words was I wasn’t fast enough while I was waiting for the bank to respond the car was SOLD!!! How unprofessional, what a way to do business Nobody here takes the responsibility for anything instead they blame each other for whats going wrong instead of being a team player. This has been by far one of the worse experiences I have ever had at a car dealership to the point where I’m still in amazement that this is what has transpired.

I was told I have a free 1st oil change. I asked wanted full synthetic. they charged me the same price of an oil change not the difference. I asked for my tires not to be rotated. They said that they did not but my lugnut key was in the cup holder and had been removed from my glove box. Too Many half truths. When I call inquiring about I saw online the sales person was very attentive and responsive. I quickly made my way to the dealership as I knew the car might not last the day. I purchased the car but was told I needed to return three days later because they haven?t had time to inspect or detail it. After the third day, I figured I better call to make sure the car is ready. I finally reached him after and was informed that car needed a new radiator and the passenger window needed repairing. Basically it took them 8 days to repair a radiator and window. After getting the car, I had it inspected and found 8 major problems which they refuse to address in any manner. I might as well had purchased from an individual or a ?mom and pop shop?. Note: to the dealership credit, they did loan me a loaner car on the 7th day.

I only went back because my car broke down and I didn?t have the money to go to the Fort Worth location. I will never go get my oil changed at this location. At the beginning of the pandemic, they refused to wear a mask in my car when taking it into the garage. I have low immunity and needed them to do this. I will never buy this brand car again. The metal on the top on the car gets mysterious dents.

The service work was completed as expected ... to a point! I drove my serviced car off the lot at about 5 pm. I drive straight home and parked in the driveway. The next morning I went out to my car and didn?t even get a click. Even keyless entry would not work. The battery was completely dead. I called AutoNation Hyudai immediately and left a message with Blake in Service that I needed someone to come out to assist with what clearly connected to the service work done the day before. Four hours later I left a message with Mr. Green detailing the same. No call back from either person. Cynically, I guess they had my $857 and didn?t need to follow up with good service. The WORST SERVICE I have ever received. My first experience with them was good and fine. However, October of 2020 I took my car in. It ended up needing a new engine. I have extended warranty so it took about 3 days for them to come out and prove that warranty should cover it. ZACH was my advisor and he tried to cheat and scam me out of money not once but TWICE. He said I was going to need to pay $800 for the diagnosis of my car. However, I reached out to my warranty and they let me know they covered the cost of the diagnosis and had already paid the dealership for it. So I went up the chain of command and reached out to them and let them know of Zach's actions. Thankfully they confirmed they had been paid and I didn't owe. But Zach tried to take advantage of the situation and scam an extra $800 from a customer. Then since warranty hadn't approved it yet I had to take out a rental car with enterprise in my name. Zach assured me that warranty was covering it and I would not have to cover the cost of the car rental. So 12 days later I get my car back, return the rental, and owe nothing. Then in January of 2021 Enterprise reaches out to me letting me know the bill has not been paid. I reach out to the dealership and I they ignore me and pass me around from person to person. I start going up the chain of command again, this time to corporate. They say they will help me and then ignore me. We are now in April of 2021 and collections is coming after me for the bill. The bill that my warranty paid to the dealership and the dealership is refusing to pay enterprise. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER. This is still an unresolved issue and they DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS OR THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDE. They are GREEDY and only care about making money.

Had a fantastic experience here. Mustafa in sales and Chad in financing went above an beyond for me. Out of the five dealerships I went to, they were the only ones who didn't haggle on my trade in value or my financing goals. Mustafa did a great job finding out what I wanted in a car and set me up in something much nicer than I even thought I could afford, and still in my budget!!! Fantastic service. Zach in the service department asked how I was liking my car. I told him one thing I would change is the headlights are showing the light to low and not much light on the surrounding area. So he adjusted the headlights and they shine more light around the road which makes it easier to see at night.

If you live in Dallas, and you can be at the dealership to oversee everything, you probably will have no problems. If you are in another state and have to do things long distance, you will encounter a nightmare! Departments don’t communicate with each other or the buyer. Charges were added that were to be included in the initial price. The automobile was delivered by transport to our Walmart parking lot with only a few minutes notice and two days ahead of schedule. The SUV was so dirty, and the people responsible to prep it didn’t know it was being picked up earlier than expected. I will say that the general manager was extremely helpful in refunding charges that were added to the price when they were already included in the original price. My husband’s brother found the Palisade and paid cash for the SUV for us, but we were the people who were in contact with the dealership. I am sure our family members will not buy another vehicle from this dealership.

I have had my Sonata for 7 years and used the service department for maintenance repairs. They have professionally and courteously handled my car care. Recently Zach helped to get my engine replaced that had 112000 miles on it through a factory extended warranty. I was provided a rental car while my car was in service. Zach handled it all. I brought my car in for body repair after my vehicle was rear ended. I was also supposed to receive a window tint as part of my purchase deal. when I first was informed my car was complete, the window tint was not done, the car had a flat and there was a small dent in the rear panel. I left my car. the second time that I was informed my car was ready, I was handed the keys to another vehicle that was tinted. The shop tinted the wrong vehicle. I again left my vehicle and still my tire was low even though I was told the flat was plugged. the third time I came to pick up the car it looked good. I drove off and by the next day my tire was low again. they never plugged the tire as they stated. I had to take my car to a tire shop and pay again to get it plugged and now my tire stays inflated proving that the tire was never plugged. I'm very disappointed with the service provided and the time and energy spent to have everything done properly.

I purchased my 2019 Hyundai Sonata from this dealer, not to bad of an experience. After a month, I was hit on the freeway by a truck. I chose this collision center/Service Dept because I bought my car here. I was called to pick up my car, it was not ready as they where supposed to apply tint that I was due from purchase. I left and returned 4 days later. They brought out the car it was white, but something not right. I told them this was not my car. The sarcastic worker tried to act like I didn't know what I was talking about. I looked and it was an Elantra, I had a Sonata. They had tinted the wrong car, was going to give me the wrong car, and when I saw my car... it had no tint, an additional dent, and a flat. The tint was done and the new dent was corrected. I was told they repaired the flat, however, I ended up having the tire repaired myself because it had a nail in it from them. They never fixed it. I am severely disappointed in this dealership!

When I purchased my vehicle, i was offered a "maintenance" program which I purchased. I came to realized it was not a maintenance program but instead it was a wheel rotation and oil change program. Also, I was told with the Gold program, my car would be washed when I brought it in. I have brought my vehicle in 3 time and not once was I offered a car wash. Usually at the end of a service apt. I receive an explanation of services rendered, this time no explanation just vehicle ready. I had to ask for the "maintenance required" light to be reset.

I would have to say this dealership was very impressive at the beginning they were professional and found exactly what I wanted. Towards the end when it was time to get my car the salesman was in touch with me and gave me updates about the vehicle but when it was time to inspect my car on my own they didn’t care they walked away and didn’t try to check and see if I need anything. They gave me the car without any gas and I didn’t get an extra key for my car.

My turnout booster went out. My car was slow to accelerate. Took my car to the dealership. Where they got to work on it immediately. I was promised my car by Thursday. I was immediately placed in a rental car. It took a bit longer than expected. Due to a warranty issue and recall parts not being in. The gentleman called my warranty people got the issue worked out. Took my 2010 Santa Fe in for an idiot light. The problem was diagnosed and the fault repaired promptly. Their subsequent inspection found few issues with my old vehicle, one of which we agreed they correct, the rest goes on my list of to-do's at home...none are serious, just routine. 170,000 miles so far and no major issues with the vehicle. Staff was courteous and very helpful. No pressure for additional services or sales. Comfortable waiting area for anyone needing one. Consider AH-Hyundai for things you can't fix yourself. Their repair prices are competitive with many local shops. Thanks again.

Brought my car in again, for problems with the drivetrain. When I accelerate, sometimes the engine will just rev up, but the drivetrain does nothing, especially when trying to pass on the highway. I say again, because this is the fifth or sixth time I brought the car in with the same complaint. They can never get the car to give them the same problem, but when ever I lend my car to a friend or family member, they all complain about how much this scared them. This last time, they had the car for three weeks, claimed they thoroughly tested the car and were unable to reproduce the issue. When I picked the car up after three weeks, the paperwork showed 7 miles were put on the car during that three week period. I can't consider this a thorough test, not in 7 miles. I probably would have had the car in the shop longer, other than the fact that I stopped in to get an update on the vehicle, as I hadn't heard back in almost three weeks. Mike, a service writer, after I told him I was thinking about talking to Hyundai directly, that I should take my car somewhere else. I have never had a service writer tell me this before. Needless to say, after my experience with this car (our third Hyundai), I will never buy another, and will absolutely never buy a car from AutoNation.

We purchased a pre-owned vehicle from out of state and had the vehicle shipped out of state. We were fine with what we saw on all the pictures (because we knew it was used) but had to trust there was nothing that was wrong that we could not see (since we could not test drive it - mistake). We had to rely on the dealership to let us know other things were wrong with the vehicle (ex. When the vehicle idles or the brakes are pressed it makes a loud humming sound and neither of the plugs to charge the cell phone work so this is a problem when traveling long distances). These thing would have been obvious to anyone who drove the vehicle while at the dealership and would have been obvious prior to loading it onto transport to be shipped to us. We would not have purchased the vehicle if we would have know these issues existed. The sales people were friendly at first and helpful and then put heavy pressure on us by phone, text, and email to I try to get us to do any number of things that made us very uncomfortable. A fast and sloppy job (incorrect information on contract/documents) was done with them and had to be physically mailed back twice to get it right which is frustrating and time consuming all the while we are without a vehicle to drive. All in all they run you through like cattle and you only represent $ signs. Be wary about buying a vehicle from them sight unseen. There is a reason why used car dealers/sales people have a negative reputation because they will do anything and say anything to sell a car even when it is not representative or accurate. It was too late to do anything once we had signed paperwork and the vehicle was delivered. Unfortunately we will never do another transaction with them even though they seem to be a dealership in a decent vehicle price market.

I just wish the waiting area was in a different area. I was there the other day waiting for my car, there are two offices on each side of the waiting room, and a lady in one office kept yelling to the guy in the other office instead of getting up out of her chair and going and talking to him they were just having a conversation back-and-forth it was rude and unprofessional. Plus she was so loud, I could hear every phone conversation she was having, I ended up having to go sit in the children?s section to get away from that. If she is going to talk to other clients on the phone she should consider closing her office door.I was able to hear all sorts of information about other clients.

I was told at the time that The part would arrive in three days. But when I arrived at my appointment time, I was told I would have to make another appointment because the part was not in stock. Horrible! False representation of repairs. From day one, panels fell out and wheel shoulder popped out every bump we hit. They submitted wrong paperwork to DMV, and WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL BILL OF SALE! They submitted paperwork without signatures! DMV needs paperwork THEY have, and I don't. They won't return calls. They won't look into anything. They won't take responsibility for completing this sale properly. Left on my own to try and get this lemon registered, or will have to get my lawyer involved. BEWARE. GO ELSEWHERE. Avoid the headaches here! If buying in TX, you have many other places you can go to buy a vehicle. Avoid this place like the plague!!

Was disappointed in the lack of communication. I had a 10;30 appointment for an oil change. I was told it would take an hour and fifteen minutes at the most. After an hour and a half I went to check. They said it would be about another 20 minutes. When I questioned them the service advisor got upset and drove my car around and said they wouldn’t change my oil. I’m sure it’s because it would have taken much longer. Just disappointed since I was there on time and they didn’t have courtesy enough to communicate effectively!! Water my time!!

And for months we emailed about cars and all the details. He was very patient with me. And i finally decided on a vehicle i was good with. Price was a little higher than then was discussed. I had a great sales person and everything went great until I got to financings. I had already pre-qualified online so it should have gone real easy. The finance lady sold me a bunch of other stuff. She made it all sound so good and said if I decided I didn't want this extra stuff I could just cancel all of and get my money back. So not knowing any better I said okay to it. After getting home and reading what it was that I actually bought I went right back like a couple of days later to cancel. That's when the nightmare started, she got so angry at me and kept putting me off saying she more important things to do. I then went back again with my father and she continued to lie to us about how she didn't have any time to cancel all this stuff and we would have to wait for just short of 30 days. My father and I told her we knew what she was up to cause we read how after 30 days you don't get back all your money. My father was smart though he recorded the whole conversation of her telling all the lies and the recording is date and time stamped so we can show during arbitration that we had been trying to cancel since the beginning. I will update in a few days when we go back in to try to get that lady to do the right thing. Buyer beware should be posted on a great big sign as you drive onto the car dealership. These are not nice people, and the smiles are only there on their faces cause they like taking advantage of the customers.

Contacted them to view a car and upon arrival not only was the car a completely different car than what was listed (the model, the miles and the color was completely wrong) the service was terrible. After seeing nothing was correct we still agreed to test drive it and while waiting for the salesman to bring the plastic out to put over the seats to test drive since the car was far from detailed, we were rudely pushed aside for another sales man to let someone view it even though we were getting ready to drive. Then after all of this our salesman then goes on to say "actually the price is wrong aswell and this car will be a couple thousand more". DO NOT waste your time here.

I had a good first visit. Although I was only there for a scheduled oil change and rotation, per my plan, everything went well. The tech that greeted me took care of me and my car. There were a couple of "add ons" suggested but I wasn't pressured to accept (I didn't). The waiting room was just OK. Could've been because of Covid 19 but a Keurig would've been nice. It could probably could use an upgrade. The car was delivered earlier than expected and to my knowledge everything was done correctly. I appreciate not being pressured into giving an on the spot 5 star review for your service like the other Hyundai dealership in Arlington does. The Saturday service hours are definitely a major plus for those of us that work during the week. I will visit again and hopefully get the same service. Thank you.

I had to take my car in for it's check up and waited. It took a little longer than anticipated but they were very thorough, going through everything I asked for them to check. They didn't try to sell me anything more than what I asked them to check. Everyone wore their mask!! Mike was very nice and helpful. Will come back for service at AutoNation whenever needed! Then they switched my model to a demo version with higher mileage (probably had been stock, longer!!) and different color (classic bait and switch!). Then after switching my choice for a car, they further changed the price than what they quoted me, which I later find out because the numbers did not match. What ended up happening is that, instead of negotiating, they deliberately increased the payment term to reduce the payment against my wishes (72 instead of 60 and I ended up with a higher interest rate). The car ended up being ~17500 instead of the written quote of ~16700, and upon taking it up to the sales manager, neither them nor Autonation could come up with an explanation, except excuses that my car has additional protection. Surprisingly, a feature for which I did not have any sales receipt. At the end I ended up with a car that had considerable cosmetic flaws, has issues with steering alignment and was full of pet hair. Let me remind y’all that this was my first new car purchase, so I would advise and urge you to avoid Ryan Lovin, might be the best performing salesman but I guess you know why by now, also if you end up financing through them please do not fall for Chadrick Key’s tricks, he is probably one of the most shady and untrustworthy people I have ever closed a deal with. At the end of the day, the price of the demo car ended being higher than what I was quoted by other dealers for brand new cars. this is how these people do business, you can decide yourself whether you want to give these people your cash or someone else who is at least more honest and upfront.

But after all that it was the best thing to do. My car was over 10 yrs old but only had 61000 miles on it with no major issues. I will start by saying the service department is good. I have not had an issue and my most recent experience was great. However the new car sales department is not. I was there today with my 2 severely autistic teen boys. I have been considering trading my 2016 Santa Fe for something smaller or more economic. I walked from the service department to the new car sales showroom waiting area. I set up my older son with a show and took my younger son to look at vehicles. I am not the dressing up type so I was wearing a plain short sleeved t-shirt and leggings. I was not greeted by a single member of the sales department while in the showroom. My son and I sat in at least 4 of the vehicles in the showroom and no one said a word.....not even a greeting. I then took him outside to walk and look at other vehicles. I passed several sales people who, again didn’t greet us. One of the salesmen walked directly passed us to stand in the shade of a car port and didn’t speak. I continued walking and intentionally walked right in front of him, looked up to make eye contact, and this person refused to even meet my gaze. I am a pretty understanding person, but the fact that my very severe autistic son was with me, making noises that are not socially acceptable, and every single person in that area ignored us is truly disgusting. I don’t know if I was being judged for my clothing and how I look or if these people were avoiding us because of my son’s disability. I do know I will never purchase anything from this dealership nor will I be bringing my car back for service. I will tell every person I know about my experience because this should not be the norm! They should be ashamed.

2017 Sonata engine would suddenly stop over a few days. Service department said they didn't see any codes on the computer, but continued to investigate the problem. They eventually said the problem was a bad coil was to blame They ordered the part and replaced it Hopefully that was the problem, but as with all randomly occurring events, it is still tension while driving in heavy traffic until it behaves for another week or two without incident. Service was good and they even washed the car before returning it to us.

While we waited we were asked if we wanted a refreshment. When the car was completed the service associate said it was washed and vacuumed. Last year in June I went to AutoNation Hyundai North Richland Hills for a simple oil change. It was my first time and last time! About 3 days after my oil change my car broke down on the highway! It was over 100 degrees outside and I was stuck on the highway with cars driving by me at 80mph. After getting the car towed back to dealership they said my oil ran out and my engine was ruined! They gave me a rental car and said they would replace the motor. I got my car back 4 months later. It’s now one year later and my car does not run the same. They ruined the value and quality of my car. Think twice before you get service from this dealership it may cost you more than expected.

I had an appointment to test drive a car on Saturday afternoon. The car could not be located and I was later told it sold on Friday night, but they would find the same car and have it brought over. We found the same model, different color, and was told they would honor the price of the car that was reserved. The first round of paperwork was $4K higher. I should have walked out then, but 3 rounds later, the advertised price of the reserved car was finally honored - then waited FOREVER for the finance person to meet with us and was told that the computers had gone down. First round of paperwork from the finance person didn't include the down payment, the finance terms correct, and a higher price. I'm telling you - you have to really watch these people because they will try and get you at every turn.

This is the second car that we have bought from this dealership. Denise is the “tops” when it comes to everything. She always does her homework and has everything ready. The staff accommodates you in every way possible. I wouldn’t buy another car from any other dealership. I know I could call them about anything concerning the car even 6 months from now, and they’d be just as helpful as they were when I was purchasing my new car. AutoNation Hyundai North Richland Hills and Denise Staton are the best !! Take my advice. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else !

Was upfront with costs and declined to rotate the tires due to the tread life on the tires when they were examined. Next oil change will be time to replace tires.

My wife was involved in an accident and her car was not operable. Through USAA we had it taken to Autonation NRH. I was totally impressed with the quality of work and the update we received during the work. The car was delivered as promised. I would highly recommend Autonation NRH

Very easy people to deal with. We turned in our 2016 Sonata lease which we got in Austin, Texas to AutoNation in N. Richland Hills, Texas. We were worried that we would not get the same care we had received in Austin. Our fears were unfounded. AutoNation outdid themselves in making us happy. It was a seamless process, and we are glad we went there for our new lease. Thanks especially to our salesman, Daraius Mitchell, who really went above and beyond to make sure our questions were answered. We will be back to this dealership. They were fair and extremely easy to get along with.

Came to AutoNation Hyundai in a tow truck. There were only two service reps working the counter one was on the phone and one was helping a customer. No problem I can wait they were here first. The one on the phone gets off the phone and ask what can he help with the tow truck driver asked where to drop the car. Since I had not been to the location before I am asked to fill out some paperwork again ok this is normal. Apparently at this time I become assigned to Taylor even though he had a customer in the service bay waiting on him and a mechanic waiting to confirm a repair and now me. The other service rep had finished with his customer and had no other customers. Not sure why he could not help. Since Taylor had a customer in the service bay that arrived before I did. I went to the parts counter to ask how much a spare tire cost as 2013 Elantra’s do not have spare tires just a air pump and some type of fix a flat which does nothing to a tire that hits road debris. Thank goodness for AAA. Come back 5 minutes later Taylor is still with the customer in the bay and has the mechanic waiting. The other service rep still did not have a customer so I ask Taylor if I can just leave the car and call when you can? Taylor said sure but looked a little surprised when I handed him my keys as my paperwork had keys on top. I said those are not me keys. Taylor asked if the get the car back to me Monday I said sure but I have to have it Monday. We walked home from the dealership lucky we live close. The reason we walked I felt like a little insignificant pheasant and felt no customer service unlike the Toyota, Ford and Mazda dealerships for the other vehicles we own. Bad choice in vehicle I choose that day looking back Back story we had the flat coming home from the Susan G Cumin Ft Worth breast cancer walk. Girlfriend is a Cancer survivor but on the walk she received a call a long time friend had just passed away from her second bout with breast cancer. We did the turn off at the one mile marker to cut the walk short as she had a lot of people to call in the support group and to be ready to arrange airfare for her friend’s daughter, husband and grandchildren to fly out as she works for America Airlines as had the friend that passed away. Before the walk my girlfriend pointed out the walkers in burgundy shirts which represents people with breast cancer that has come back and spread to other parts of the body. She is proud of the pink shirt she wears which represents survivor and hopes to never wear burgundy. Back to customer service I did receive a call from Taylor in a timely manner to say I need one tire but recommends two which I agreed with his reason the axle should have similar wear heights. He also asked about an alignment which I declined total finically at this time dang IRS but will do later this month. I said there were recalls but only do them if the car can be ready Monday as I have to drive the car and do an oil change. Yes I have other cars to drive but want to keep their mileage down or for gas mileage issues. I commute 160 miles a day. Monday after 3 pm I call as I have not heard a thing. Taylor was at lunch and would return in thirty minutes I leave a voicemail on his phone as he is my service rep and no one else can help apparently only he can talk to me must be a commission issue. He calls back around 4:45. He calmed to have called me and left a voicemail before he went to lunch which I have no record of. I have a friend drive me to the dealership as I have no idea if there is shuttle service most dealerships offer as non was offered most likely to me driving a little cheap Elantra. Go to pick up the car the AAA discount was not applied. Taylor claimed to know nothing about it AAA and Auto Nation has a discount on vehicles dropped off by tow truck. I was shocked to see I had declined services on the paperwork that were never mentioned in the phone call on Saturday. I am angered in writing were things I never said. I am in the market for a car to replace the Elantra as it is almost paid off and out of warranty and a none functional air bag which is very dangerous to drive from NRH to Sherman every day. The new car will not come from any AutoNation dealership even though they claim to support breast cancer Matt

Made an appointment online because there were three recalls on my Sonata. I also had them do an oil change and check a noise that sounded like it was coming from the transmission. I got a call a few hours later - all was done and the noise turned out to be coming from the muffler. They provide great customer service and didn’t make the noise out to be something worse than it was. I will definitely go back! I may not make an online appointment though... I was looking at my receipt and it looks like I was charged $16.99 for doing so. The charge reads “ Customer pay shop charge for repair order Web created 2019-04-18 07:39:32AM” That was the time I made the appointment and I don’t remember seeing anything stating that the charge the customer for making an appointment.

I am sorry but I forgot the name of the employee that service my 2019 Santa Fe. I am from out of town and my car had no power at all. I called the dealer took the car to him and had my car back in less than 10 minutes. The dealer replaced my battery at no cost but the employee at the dealer was more than helpful.

Everyone my salesman, sales manager, finance manager and service advisor, they were all incredible, friendly, knowledgeable and all went out of their way to make my car buying experience as pleasant as possible. Worst experience ever. Worst customer service. Took four hours to buy the car and we only look at the one car. The vehicle was absolutely disgusting. It was dark when we saw it. The salesman kept apologizing because it was disgusting. There was food and soda all over the floors doors and seats. We spent hours trying to clean it but couldn’t get it all clean. Changed our mind on the extended warranty that we purchased. Called Chad in finance the next day to cancel warranty. He would never return my car. Called him 6 times. He finally answered and sent us the paperwork to canel. Emailed him the signed docs and he replied saying thank you. I called the sales manager to complain about the car and he agreed to mail us some new floor mats. That was on the 17th of December. Never received them. Called and left him a message. He never returned my call. Then the salesman called to see how we liked the car. Told him that they should ashamed of themselves for selling us the disgusting car as new. Told him about not receiving the new floor mats. So he mailed us new ones last week. Then we find out that the finance guy did not submit our warranty cancellation so now we are having to pay interest on it. I called two days ago and spoke to someone in sales about the warranty. He said that he would have the finance guy call as well as the general manager. Neither called. I did receive an email from the finance guy saying we never sent him the signed cancellation form. Emailed him the original email that he was sent with the signed document and told him that he replied to the original email saying thank you. No reply back from him. I emailed him again today asking if it had been taken care since we were having to pay interest on something that should have been taken care of last month. This was the worst experience we have ever had. Will never purchase a Hyundai again. Absolutely no customer service.

recommend everything but the finance staff they are rude. and can't seem to take no for an answer. i know it's their job to upsale but when told not interested they get dismissive. If the sale ended with them would be a terrible ending and leave a very bad taste in your mouth. our salesman was very nice and it shouldn't't be his job to clean up behind that or take the brunt after he was great. maybe they are trained in finance to not take no for an answer. and the dealership is proud of the way they act. i see orher post about this and nothing seems to be changing.

Needed an oil change for free under my New Car Customer Care Plan. Wanted to get in and out quick. I arrived at 6:50am. AutoNation Hyundai NRH Service was supposed to open at 7:00am. on Saturday morning. They opened exactly at 7:00am. No hassle sign-in. The coffee was ready. They immediately got my car in. Car done in 30-40 minutes. All systems "GO". No charge as it was supposed to be. They didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I love my 2018 Santa Fe I bought at AutoNation Hyundai NRH and I love their Service Dept. Keep up the good work!

Terrible experience right after the sales (signing of the contract/paperwork). The car was missing the floor mats and the sales guy (Seth) said he will order it and contact me. Two weeks went by and not word from the dealer. I emailed and called Seth and left him a voice mail and never heard back from me. I live in another town about 1 1/2 hour away so finally I drove to the dealer and I asked Seth why didn't he reply to my email or voice mail he said so carelessly that he has too many things on his plates and that there was many emails and messages that he has not replied to. No apology, no acknowledging of any mistakes or any words of I am sorry I messed up. Then he told me that he didnt know when the mats will arrive and after I told him to bring someone that knew he said that nobody will know. I asked to talk to the manager and the manager told to check with "parts" to see if they have it. After talking to parts he returned to tell me that they didn’t have any and that it should arrive Friday or Saturday. Once again I ask to speak to the manager because I was told over the phone to come to the dealer and that they will take care of my request and now he was telling me to go back home and comeback. The manager told him to check the 2019 models and get the mats from a 2019 car and put it in my car if it fits. It did work but I had to do all the pulling and pushing to get floor mats. I still dealing with them about other issues. This has been my worse experience with a dealer and I have bought from Saturn (when it was in the market), Kia and Honda and now Hyundai/Auto Nation and it has been the worse experience ever.

Purchased a 2015 Nissan Sentra from Auto Nation Hyundai North Richland Hills in late October 2018 for my grand daughter for her first car. Our sales consultant was Joe Silva and from the very beginning I was impressed with his helpful and informed manner. We purchased the car with the 3 year 36000 mile drive train warranty since this is a used car and had high mileage. After driving the car home (approximately 30 miles away) I noticed that the transmission had a peculiar whining sound at highway speeds. I called Joe back and he advised me to bring the car in so his service department could evaluate it. I returned the car and was informed that the transmission would need to be replaced but not to worry that it was covered by the warranty we had purchased along with the car. I was skeptical but Joe assured me not to worry. I was still nervous because I did not have a relationship with Joe previously or the dealership but decide to go on faith and see what happened. I was advised by the service department a few days later that the car was repaired with the new transmission and went with my grand daughter to pick it up. As soon as we got into the car I knew that my trust in Joe Silva and the entire staff at the dealership was well placed. Bottom line is I am extremely pleased with the way everything was handled and can say it was a great experience. My compliments to Joe Silva, the folks in the service department and the dealership as a whole. Let me say in closing that I will be referring my family and friends to the Auto Nation Hyundai in North Richland Hills Texas for their next car purchase. Thanks Joe and everyone who helped me and my grand daughter along the way. God Bless you all.

Kevin Taylor did excellent sales work with us, his efforts to give us the best car buying experience were very appreciated! After the sale, I had a question about something and could not get through to anyone at the dealership on multiple occasions. Kevin's extension didn't work, the sales department didn't answer their extension on no less that six occasions, and the automated voice prompts to reach the operator were met with a never ending looped recording of "that is not a valid extension". I finally got through to someone in Service who routed me to Finance, where Albert was extremely helpful. Your people are great, but your phone system was seriously broken from September 12-21, 2018.

I have a leased G90 and had some problems that I felt needed attention, I had talked to the service manager prior to coming in, was meet at the entrance with a warm welcome, was told the time it would possibly take, one of the problems was fixed before I left, wasn't really a problem. I was told it might take 3 days but they got on it right away and it was ready that evening around 5 pm was very pleased, very warm atmosphere. Even the receptionist were pleasing to work with. Multiple times in for repairs that patch an issue without ever fixing the core issue, so the problem keeps coming back. I finally gave up on the car ever being repaired properly. I found Hyundai to be of no help whatsoever either. Never again.

Service manager did not listen to, understand or respect my knowledge of what I needed done (i.e. new key fob and A/C air vent that didn't open close). He asked what service I needed, my name and number and told me to wait in the lounge for someone to take me to my job. The driver that took me to my job told me I wasn't "smart to go to work" and should have just waited for the car service to be completed. Was called 30 minutes after I got to work and asked why I left without filling out the appropriate paperwork. Note: I had offered and the manager had refused to take my paperwork for my Carvana warranty when I first arrived. He then told me the work could not be completed because they didn't have a Key fob available. When I asked why he didn't tell me in the first place, he stated the warranty wouldn't cover a new key FOB (which he could have told me when I offered the paperwork). So I explained I had a written exception to get it done and paid for by the warranty company. The driver did nor return at the time I requested pickup from my job, which I worked out before I left the service center to go my job, and I was late for an appointment with a paying client. Will not go back or buy a car from this place.

This was my first and last time going to this dealership for service. I usually go to the Hyundai dealership in Dallas but this one is closer to my home so I gave it a shot...Bad idea. I waited in the lobby for 10 mins (although I arrived before my appointment time) once I finally had an opportunity to speak with someone we decided exactly what service I needed. Overall the customer service was okay. Now getting my car back the service tech left plastic on my seat his dirty footmat on my floor and my cabinet filter was hanging completely out and my glovebox was on the floor with all of my contents under it. Luckily enough the customer service rep tucked everything back in place for me and threw all of the trash left by the service tech away. As much money as the customer spends to get the car maintenance you would think the experience would be better.

Went in today to have a brake light replaced, was told it would cost $39.00 so I said go for it. Then after about 35 or 45 minutes Tina came into the waiting room and said "I have bad news, they can't get the burned out bulb out because it had melted into the housing and it was going to be $260 to replace the assembly. I told her I was going to go somewhere else and got the heck out of there ASAP. End result was Kwik Kar replaced it without issue for, are you ready?? $10. Beware!!!

No reason not to give 5 stars, had an appointment with Mr. Silva in sales. First visit so had oil change, 4th but first one I had to pay for. Only 7100 miles and that includes relocating from Las Vegas. Price of oil chg. was little more than I expected but they got right on it and it included washing. Bought the 2017 Sport Oct. 2016 with no problems, and drive less than 6K a yr. Mr. Silva was timely and came across as a person that really cares for his customers. I look forward to dealing with him. The Hyundai fills my needs and has great features. The only con I could list for now would be it was on the wrong side of the freeway for me.

I purchased a 2014 Hyundai SantaFe as a Certified Pre-Owned with a little over 57000 miles on it back in May 2017. In the folder during the test drive my salesman discussed what was done on the vehicle by the Service department before it was placed on the lot for sale. Including installing a set of 4 tires. I took this vehicle for its second Oil Change only driving 6000 miles on it. Requested my service advisor to look at those tires because I almost hydroplaned twice driving to the dealer. Not long after the put it on the rack he walked to the waiting area to come get me to show me the inner cords were showing on both rear tires and the two front tires were also in bad shape. I asked if an alignment was done on the vehicle and the answer was no. I asked if they would help discount the repair. Answer was no because it wasn't a road hazard. I paid the 1049 dollars and left. I went back couple hours later to talk to the Service Manager and the Used Car manager. Both said nothing could be done. Asked why an alignment wasn't done and the answer was the bottom line. Well the bottom line almost effected the safety of my family. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Used Car Purchase - So I purchased a used car that I am happy with my issues were when I test drove the car I came back and told the Sales Mgr that the glove boxes were filled with garbage including pills and other things and they should clean that out before having people drive this car around when I picked up the car the glove boxes were still the same way, then I was told their was only one key (which this key is very expensive this would have been put in the deal if I knew ahead of time I did not pu car till 2 days after I signed do to recall items needing repair) No owners manuel so I am having to look everything up off You Tube just to figure out my vehicle and the kicker it was given to me no gas which if your buying a car you usually get a full tank of gas.......Not the best experience wouldn't recommend in the future I actually thought they were going above and beyond to help me and my son since he was handicapped and was on SSI found out not true didn't do anything special disappointing.

My experience was excellent at Auto Nation buying a first new car for my sons graduation present. I had the family discount so I did not have to haggle on price which was nice. However I was surprised at how much the interest rate for the loan was and I did have to haggle with the sales manager for that. I still think the rate is way too high. The sales lady we had was very friendly and knowledgable and gave us all the info on the car.

Purchased a certified pre-owned SantaFe only to find out it had open safety recalls, and wasn't capable of remote start even though they explicitly told me that it was capable via BlueLink. Spoke to several folks up there requesting a call back and still haven't heard from anyone. Called again and Denise in sales, rudely answered the call and proceeded to tell me I should've read the manual before buying the car and I would've known it wasn't capable. Appointment made for two recalls. One of the recalls serviced, second recall had a replacement part ordered. Receipt on order showed that consumer had requested point check, which it was inaccurate. Call from service department, stating front brake pads needed. Final word, went in for manufacturer recall. They ran engine check. Second recall, if they new part had to be replaced, why waste my appointment time if you did not have the part. It looked like the perfect opportunity to get some money out of the consumer.

The customer service department was very professional; however I did have a issue in the steering column and they informed me that they were going to cover it under warranty however I would have to pay $130 for an alignment. My comment was the alignment should be covered as well, since it was the issue that caused the need for an alingment. When I questioned this, I was told by the service advisor that he did not get a clear answer. He agreed with me and now I have to follow up once again. It they disagree with m,e then I will take it to arbitration. If they still disagree and do not reimburse my $130, then this will be the last Hyuandai that I will ever purchase.

Okay, first I would like to say that i had some issues with 2 other car dealerships (not Autonation, first I ever heard about autonation was today.) And to be honest i was not going to try and see about getting another vehicle. But after speaking to multiple people I decided to give them a shot. I was greated by Mustafa D, as well as the general manager. To me that is very rare. Mustafa helpled me not only look for a preowned vehicle he had helped me find one that I had been wanting for awhile. After locating the vehicle I wanted and asking me if I wanted to test drive it, I then met the Pre-owned sales manager Mike Purtell. I said yes to the test drive and then if i liked it i would disscuss it with my husband to see if he wanted them to start filling out paperwork (My husband is an OTR truck driver so it is very diffcult to try and do things without him, but they made it effortless!). Husband said yes and we started paperwork. I was there for a total of 2 hours at the most, then I had to leave to pick up my son at school. Within that time frame of me being gone we had gotten aprroved for the loan on the vehicle. All they needed was a couple other things. I was there again maybe an Hour and a Half. The gentleman in fiance named Ryan was excellent and had explained everything to me and not being bothered that i went over my paperwork and asked questions just as a precaution because of what had happened at the other dealerships. Not only did I get the car I wanted, I got what to me was the best customer service I've had since moving out here and I've been here almost a year. Not only was the staff professional, but they were kind, and they understood my hesitation. I felt very welcome and honestly will be doing business there in the future. YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME! KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT WORK!!!!

Great buying experience on my pre-owned Hyundai Sonata. After a terrible experience at another dealership, I found that AutoNation had the car that I wanted. I emailed the internet sales team (Bob was my initial contact) and told then what I was looking for and exactly how much I wanted to pay out the door. They felt they could meet my requirements, which I then asked them to put in writing and email to me. There was no hesitation on their part to do so and they did not play any games when I arrived. My husband and I were both able to test drive the car (going anywhere we wanted to drive the way we felt was needed to fully test, not just on some predefined short test route). We loved the car and agreed to buy. Again, they stood by the price they sent me in writing. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the finance office was too slow. We spent about 3 hours at the dealership and at least 2 of that was waiting to get through financing. There needs to be a better way to do that...Ryan was our final salesman and he did a terrific job. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a pre-owned vehicle..

I bought a used 2016 Kia Soul from Autonation Hyundai North Fort Worth. Overall it was a typical car dealership experience - often frustrating with a lot of stupid petty bickering over dealer "add-ons" that suddenly appeared but hadn't been listed on the stated internet price - or even when I emailed and called the dealership inquiring about the car. You know, the typical "foot in the door" practice. On the window of the car in the lot the stated price was much higher still - another questionable practice that makes a trip to buy a car such an exhausting and frustrating experience. In the end I believe I got a decent price, but most egregious of all was having to wait about two hours for the "finance guy," as they put it. It was a Saturday, the dealership wasn't all that busy, yet somehow they just had one "finance guy" to go through to make the deal final. And I happened to be paying cash, so that whole process - once I finally got in - took about 10 minutes. I threatened to walk several times, but obviously I didn't. It's like once you've invested that much time and trouble, it's pretty hard to walk out with nothing to show for it. So far I'm pretty happy with the car I purchased (mind you, it's just been a little over a week), but I'll certainly avoid Autonation Hyundai North Fort Worth for any future purchase, which I hope will be a long time from now. In the meantime, I'm telling everyone I know not to go there. Even though I believe most other dealerships are no better in many respects, having to wait two hours to finalize the deal is just a little too much in my book and doesn't speak well to their concern for the customer's experience.

He let me know of another issue with the car that was not an immediate need and did not pressure me to get it done immediately, which I appreciated. He was honest, fair and knowledgeable.

108000 mile oil change and inspection. Car is reliable and comfortable, this dealership has been as well. Drop off and wait time was just under an hour. Waiting area is clean and comfortable. Service personnel have always been courteous and polite. Prices are competitive with chain shops.

We went in just to look at cars, having just moved here from Germany 2 days ago and needing a car. We so enjoyed our time at Auto Nation the Sales person Nicholas Reddick helped us so much best sales person ever. The day before we had gone to another car dealer we were treated so bad. Nicholas made sure that we were taken care of and the financial person worked with us it was truly a great experience I recommend Auto Nation. I needed an oil change and my 15,000 mile service. They were able to get my car in and shuttled me back to work. They picked me up when I got off. I originally thought I would just be scheduling an appointment during lunch. It was awesome to be able to just get it done that day. They also explained all the fees before I left so there would be no surprises. I am very pleased..

Bought an Elantra here in 2013. Came back after my mom told me about the great deal she got here. Traded in the 2013 Elantra to lease TWO 2016 Elantras for my kids, without breaking my bank. This place has the worst service department in the world!!! From the advisors to the service director; who doesn't return calls and tell a customer to get out of his store... They advertise for fixing things right the first time; absolutely not. My aunt spent over 3000$ dollars for service on her vehicle, and it still has problems!! They aren't worth the one star I gave them!!! Stay away from the place!! It's your worst nightmare!!!

My 2014 vehicle with approx. 10,000 miles was towed to this dealership after an engine failure as it was the closest dealership available. Not 10 minutes after going into the waiting room a tech supervisor pulled me to the bay to show me that my engine had very little oil in it despite having the oil change at approximately 2,500 miles and 5,100 miles with full synthetic oil. The guy made me appear to be an idiot and a liar as I could not provide any documentation of previous oil changes as I do my own oil (I work in a lube shop). Despite having an aftermarket filter and the fact that only one oil change is schedule in the duration of me having the vehicle, I was told that unless I could come up with documentation then Hyundai would certainly not honor their warranty. After a minor freak out I was advised by my home dealership where I bought the car to have the car towed to them and they would investigate further into the matter. They did and Hyundai is honoring the warranty. I've been told that oil issues have happened before with the particular model of engine I have and that it would be rebuilt. Had Allen Samuels actually investigated instead of jumping the conclusions and blaming the customer then I might actually have an amazing 5-star review for the service dept for great service. But alas, that is not the case. I will not ever recommend, buy, or bring my vehicle to any of the Allen Samuels Dealerships.

Not sure it was worth buying the service contract when I schedule an oil change for 9:30am on a Saturday morning & the say "it will be an hour and a half wait because everyone showed up for their appointments"....seriously? Not the way I want to spend my day!!!!

Allen Samuels Collision Center is absolutely horrible. DONOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! They won't fix what is actually wrong with your car! And then they will tell you it's not their problem!!!!! HORRIBLE PEOPLE!!!!
